The General Business Support segment offers recruiting and selection, employee training and development, employee retention, and workplace regulatory and safety compliance services to small and medium-sized businesses. The company was formerly known as Spiderboy International, Inc. and changed its name to Charys Holding Company Inc. in July 2004. The company was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.
