VRSO

I think the charts look quite bullish right now, and I will consider buying it on Monday. The price is very low at this point. Oct. last year there was a stock-split 5:1, so the pre-split price now is $ 0,24, and that's to low in my opinion !
There will be a conference call on Thursday, May 4, 2006 at 5:00 p.m. and if earnings are good, we might have a winner.

TXCC - TRANSWITCH CP (NasdaqNM)

I`ll choose TXCC this time !
TXCC used to follow FNSR in the past, as far as I remember !
It was a good sign ( FNSR was up 40 % on friday) !
The semiconductor industry is very optimistic right now !

TranSwitch Corporation, along with its subsidiaries, engages in the design, development, marketing, and support of integrated digital and mixed-signal semiconductor devices for the telecommunications and data communications markets. VRSO - VERSO TECH INC (NasdaqSC)

I`ll  try again with VRSO, it was up 41% the other day on this news:

Verso Technologies Inc., a maker of telecommunications equipment,
on Thursday said it expects fourth-quarter revenue to grow as much
as 25 percent due to a sales shift toward higher-margin products.

The company estimates revenue will range from $9.4 million to
$9.5 million, compared with year-ago revenue of $7.6 million.
Chief Executive Monty Bannerman said he expects the company to post
"solid revenue growth in 2006 and show operating margin improvement
as Verso continues to focus its sales effort on higher gross margin
applications, coupled with continued tight management of operating
expenses."

Verso plans to report results for the fourth quarter on Feb. 22.

Then perhaps  it`s my turn to get an interview with 3STOCKSonFire ?

VRSO - VERSO TECH INC (NasdaqSC)

VoIP hot again ?
Maybe VRSO will make a rebound now ?

VoIP system sales dwarfed those of traditional voice systems for the year ended in June 2005, according to a new research report issued by investment firm Merrill Lynch.
As of June, VoIP system sales grew 31 percent year-over-year, while sales of legacy voice systems declined by 20 percent during the same period, according to the report.
The drop in sales of traditional voice systems apparently cancelled out much of the momentum VoIP system sales gave to the overall telephony market, which grew only 2 percent year-over-year, to $2.24 billion, according to New York-based Merrill Lynch.
