There is definitely money to be made in the selling of domain names. A friend of mine does just that. He comes up with some really creative domain names, and if he sells just a few a year, he is making a good living. I am quite envious of what he does, and wish I could do it, but I'm just not cut out for it. I am not nearly creative enough.

It seems to me that you have little choice but to let him fix it. I guess you are going to have to hope he doesn't do you wrong. I would advise apologizing to him, even though you are not in the wrong, it would make you the bigger person, and may lead to him doing a better job for you. Keep in mind, that if he does you wrong, you can always take him to small claims court.

The law in the US is confusing regarding downloads, I think in part due to the vast misinformation and fear mongering promoted by the entertainment industry. As far as I understand, and I suppose I could be wrong, it is legal to download mp3's for personal use. When cassette copying technology was developed, I believe the law was changed to allow people to make copies and share their music with their friends without being criminalized, as long as they were not profiting from it. To the best of my knowledge this law still applies to audio files being shared over the internet. Any thoughts?
