Guys I know this stock makes everyone a little nervous but something is brewing! Most say no news means no business but I think the guys have been heads down working on some deals.
-First, the whole VOIP sector is hot and consolidation will occur
-BLS and other major carriers are in need of a consumer VOIP product which they don't currently have. Outsourcing could be a short term answer or a test phase for a buy out.
-125mln shelf offering, some think they need to continue operations but if a major deal were to have landed then they would need capital to be able to handle business mobility issues.
-They have a nice patent package that's true value has yet to be unveiled.
Thoughts?
Time will tell but my money's on EGHT.
