G, I'd like you analysis of SJR.
According to my amateur charting attempt, it seems to have broken through resistance of a downtrending channel.  Please educate me on this one.

G, what are your thought on SKIL.  It seems to have held up well since May 10 (Unlike my porfolio).  Do you see a continuation of the uptrend.  I'm thinking of placing a limit buy at $5.85.

e, DNDN has been in a down channel for a long time with lower highs followed by lower lows.  The recent high looks like it may be breaking the pattern.  I was thinking of buying puts based on its past performance, but wanted your opinion

Excuse my ignorance, I've never played the short side before.
Can you accomplish this plan by buying "Puts" on the stock?

1. My Pick:  ON ASSIGNMENT INC  (Nasdaq Small Cap: ASGN)

2.  My Reason:  Since early August the stock has been in an uptrend even though the company is still not profitable.  (As Dave says, "you don't have to know why")  They provide professional temporary employees to businesses.  I'm hoping the trend remains my friend through December.

1. My pick is Ceradyne (CRDN).  Nazdaq Small Cap

2. This company develops, manufactures and markets advanced technical ceramic products and components for industrial, defense, consumer and microwave applications.  They have developed five new designs to meet a new government requirement for improved body armor for the defense department, all of which have been approved by the government.  Other products they manufacture are components for heavy-duty diesel truck engines, crucibles for the photovoltaic cell industry, ceramic radomes for the PAC-3 (Patriot Advanced Capability) and Arrow missile programs, ceramic components for the oil exploration industry, and translucent ceramic orthodontic brackets.

I'm but a "babe in the woods" when it comes to TA.  I have a premium service with Success Investor Toolbox.  This pick is based on data gathered from this service such as

Phase I score (> 5/x)
MGZacks score (> 3.25)
Market Guide score (> 2.5)
Volatility score (>2.0)
Avg Vol (>100,000 shrs)
And numerous other indicators.

Ceradyne meets or exceeds all of the indicators that I look for.

I am looking forward to reading feedback (on my pick) from you technicians, so I can continue my TA education, which only began in June on 3SOF.

I got out at $5.30 for a 60% gain.  Thanks Dave for your trend line.  I kept moving my stop higher and it paid off.  I'm but a babe in the woods, but I'm learning so much from all of you.  Becoming a premium member was the best investment I've made so far.
