From what I read, HYRF is the company actually supplying the filters for this contract (letter of intent). HYRF might be the better play.

Sep 06, 2005 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) Metals & Arsenic Removal Technology, Inc. (MARTI), a portfolio company of HydroFlo, Inc. (HYRF) today announced a new contractual agreement with a major international plastics injection molding firm for production of MARTI pitcher and filtration units. These units will initially be manufactured in a highly automated, 100,000 square meter facility located near Shanghai, in amounts of up to 1,200 pitchers and 4,000 filters daily.
It doesn't take a genius to figure out that if they're going to make 4000 filters/day in China, they probably have gotten good news on that letter of intent. The above news item is only for HYRF and does not mention EYII. Might be a good idea to add some more there, also.
