Now...IMNR.OB has changed in IMRP.OB

As part of the reverse stock split, we also reduced our authorized number of common shares 100-fold, from 3.5 billion to 35 million.

reuters gives o/s 8.9M, so does co homepage:

CARLSBAD, CA – December 8, 2006 – The Immune Response Corporation (OTCBB: IMNR), an immuno-pharmaceutical company focused on developing products to treat autoimmune diseases and HIV/AIDS, announced today that it will make a one-for-100 reverse stock split of its common stock. On a pre-split basis, Immune Response Corporation has approximately 900 million basic shares of common stock outstanding as of the end of trading on December 4, 2006. As a result of the reverse stock split, every 100 shares of common stock will be combined into one share of common stock and the total number of basic shares outstanding will be reduced to approximately 9 million. .....

well, latest SEC filing gives 35M s/o indeed.

a bit more about MITI business.

Micromet, Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company focusing on the development of novel, proprietary antibody-based products for cancer, inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.

Two product candidates are currently in clinical trials.

got my attention some time ago with this news:

______________________________________________________________
Micromet Inc. traded 19 times more than usual, to about 1.6 million, after the drug developer said it extended a collaboration agreement on a new cancer drug with biotech Serono SA.

The drug, adecatumumab, is currently in trials for use in patients with metastatic breast cancer, and the extended agreement includes identifying the best dosing regime and exploration of additional uses for the drug. Under the deal, Serono will pay development costs.

Shares of Micromet rose almost 50 percent Monday after the Carlsbad, Calif.-based company said it received a $10 million milestone payment from Serono SA in connection to the drug development.

had a look on NYER 2-3 weeks ago.

stabile revenues for last 3 years, too low net income relative to rev., cash flow neg.
yes, you can gamble on either takeover with some premium or just wait for a 30% short price-peak.

too little fresh power for me in this stock.more like co-s with ability to surprise.

anyway, gl.

rayongthai is not a guru for investing in SIMC.i am talking about fundamentals as well.bet that here are lots of threads praising(hyping) , intentionally or not, stocks of co-s that do have remarkably worse fundamentals than our poor and crashed SIMC does. why not put a warning to all of those threads?

no need to mix spammers and companies!

penny stock section is almost 100% hype.
no use of pasting 3 times the same graph. this is spam.our eyes are ok.

i have spoken.gl.

i'd rather call it filling a gap of " crush day" , because of remarkably higher volume on gap up.... so definitly 75%buy here.....u could not convince me because of that 1( one ) day. ;) no offence.gl

 melf:

your point of view here is as right and "proven in practice"  :) as is  the standpoint of rayongthai.....

do not take somebodys convinience in something so personally. maybe you got burned with low floaters. :) we all get burned sometimes.

if using various aliases is allowed here, so why your"warnings", i think users of 3st are sufficiently educated about pure hype. why don´t you trust your co-posters here?

there are facts in favour of buy recommendation for SIMC.
if you got nothing new to add to this thread, please cut this rosy noise of yours.

well, 2 words about why i have bought SIMC recently:

pro:

1.super low float - absolute as well as relative to all shares issued.
2.bullish price graph
3.RSI(37). historically if it stays hovering above 30, it never broke this but goes       UP.
4.decent rev.growth YoY, profitable.
5.current market supports low floater/small cps rather than big cps.

contra:

1.don't like MACD
2.debt, think they're ready to raise some extra funding ( like CTTY did)

                                      * * *
volatility is not a problem for small speculator like me, hoping to catch 1-2 days'
price & vol. peak.

using STOP and in only for short time.target 7.40.

Personal Logs / Re: I'll try to turn $5000 into $50,000
December 07, 2006, 06:44:58 AM
wanted to discuss some low floaters here, seems to be proper thread >:D

markets are continuously on mood of taking low floaters up one by one.played some of them.
what are opinions about possible next rockets?

there are CTTY, SIMC, SPNS on my radar.

1. CTTY possibly acting like GOAM
2. SIMC flag forming + profitable
3.SPNS seems to be turnaround story after years of lagging.

buying time.oversold with light volume.picking up some for a start.
