Melf Elf,

I love reading your analyses. You really help me to think hard about the technical behavior of a stock and it makes me realize just how little I know. When I first started reading your posts on 3SOF, most of the time I had no idea what you were talking about...I was clueless. Now I can at least follow along a bit.

Anyhow, thank you, and please keep it up. You're an invaluable asset to this board.

I see what you're saying about the 150sma pointing downward and the 200sma not working.

It looks like back in 2003 there were periods when this stock wasn't trading at all. I think this may be what messes up the 200ma's.

As for the 150sma pointing downward, back in Sept 03 to Jan 04 the stock plummeted from over $0.60 down to $0.09. It's these 5 months that are skewing the weekly 150sma and giving it such a downward slope. You just have to decide how important those prices from 2.5 years ago are to your analysis today.

Julia, do you figure today is the bounce we've been waiting on? As you mentioned the 50% fibonacci retracement put us at about $1.26. The 61.8% at 1.045 which is pretty close to the close yesterday of $1.07 (though the low took us all the way down to $0.94).

So far today we're back up over 16% to $1.25.

The other comfort I take is that today we bounced off of $1.09-$1.10 which was support back near the beginning of May.

Anyone happen to catch the radio interview on MN1.com earlier this morning? I missed it and it doesn't look like they have a link up yet to hear a recording of it.

I got in earlier this morning at $1.80, not the ideal entry but hey I guess I'm learning. Had my stop set at $2.00 while the PPS danced between $2.05 and $2.15 and I figured I was laughing. I was hoping that we had enough of a push left to test resistance at $2.35 since we blew through $1.85.

Of course once the PPS crossed $2.00 my stop didn't get filled until $1.88.  :( I guess a few dollars in the green is better than being in the red.

As you said, hopefully there will be another good entry after a pullback and we can catch more the rise next time.

QuoteStill room on the RSI for this one to probably enjoy a further rise, before a pullback i'm guessing.

Nice call again. At least through the first part of today.  ;D

WOW. I wish I could applaud you for the find on this one (don't think I've posted enough yet :(). And I sure wish I would have read the release more closely and did some DD when I first saw it the other day. Then I might have been sitting on a tidy pile of cash right now.

Okay, I guess that makes sense then. You're just getting in to ride the crazy momentum that you're hoping the pending deals will bring. You've got me curious enough to keep watching this one and see how things play out. Thanks very much for your explanation.

Nice call, higherstocks.

Seeing the action on BKMP, I decided to dig a little deeper to find out what's going on.

Between the last quarterly filing and the share buybacks, it looks like shares outstanding is sitting at about 11,500,156,305. At the current share price of $0.0009 that values the company at over $10 million.

So with BKMP owning 20% of Blackout Communications (which in turn owns the Fight Network), that would mean that people are valuing Blackout Communications at $50 million??? Does that seem reasonable?

As far as I can tell, BKMP only has one employee: Sandy Winick. Sandy is Chairman, President, Secretary and also seems to be the Board of Directors.

Since income is negligible, the only real asset I see is "Investments". We don't actually know what these investments are, but they're valued at almost $2.8 million.

I'd love to get excited about this stock but with $2.8 mill in "investments" and income in the last quarter a miniscule $7,350 how can it push any higher?

Sorry to hear you've decided to cash out of all your stocks, Leaira.

I don't yet do much trading but I still get 3sof emails once in a while and check up on the message boards now and then. When you won the stock picking contest your interview really encouraged and motivated me to spend more time studying the market and technical analysis. So thank you.  :)

Best of luck with options. Hopefully after a successful stint you'll be back trading stocks too.

Penny Stock Picking / Re: Double or nothing: EYII
December 20, 2005, 12:31:42 PM
I'm still holding. And hoping.  ;)

Been holding for some time now. At this point I'm just waiting on the PO so that EYI can get some revenue flowing, pay off Cornell, and we can see the share price move in a positive direction.

Thanks very much for the link EYI's Weekly Newsletter, joozt. It's encouraging to hear about all those things going on.

I also really liked your post about how EYI is forming a double bottom. I went on to read sebfr's post on double bottoms and am definitely encouraged by what we're seeing from a technical point of view. I'd applaud you if I could but I don't think I can just yet (too new?).

Anyhow, welcome to EYII ownership.  ;D

If you're looking for further reading about EYII on 3SOF, there's another EYI thread under Penny Stock Picking. http://www.3stocksonfire.org/trading/index.php?topic=2909.75

Good luck to ya!

From the Agora Investor Relations website. The post is detailed below but you can link to it here: http://www.agoracom.com/nonmemforum/msgreview.asp?id=428463&refid=0&orig=428463

Dear EYI Shareholders,

AGORA Investor Relations is pleased to present you with the following message from EYI Industries President and CEO, Mr. Jay Sargeant

We as a Company value our shareholders and as such would like to respond to the many questions we have had with respect to our Schedule 14A enclosing the Proxy Statement materials. The Company is holding its Annual General Meeting on December 2, 2005. At this meeting we are seeking shareholder approval on a proposed increase to the number of our authorized common stock. We are seeking to expand the base of shares to have the freedom to take advantage of narrow time windows with upside potential. It is not our intention to dilute the Company. As stated in our Schedule 14A, we presently do not have any agreement or other arrangement for any financing involving the issuance of shares of our common stock and there is no assurance we will enter into any equity financing arrangement. With the execution of our plans and expansion unfolds, we will use as little of these expanded shares to finance growth as possible.

Regards,
AGORA Investor Relations

fill_the_gap,

Can you please tell me where can I find out more about the 58 million shares issued? I haven't seen that mentioned anywhere else and am thinking I've missed something.  ???  Thanks.
