1) The 40 million dollars, GNBT has now.
2) The Pre-IND meet with the FDA, for the Avian Flu vaccine. State,.... progress or none, as well as ... explain how close they are to submitting a IND application to the FDA?
3) Pre-NDS with Health Canada for Oral-lyn, How close are they to submitting a NDS application?
4) The Ecuador juvenile patients studies ... Provide updated info on these. How are they going?
5) How close are they, if not already ... Selling Oral-lyn in Ecuador.

Lawrence Carrel posted on the SmartMoney.com website after market close on
March 24, 2006. While the article contains a number of categorical
falsehoods and misinterpretations, it is not feasible for Generex management
to make a fulsome public effort to correct all misinformation appearing in
the press and on internet blogs. However, outside legal counsel for Generex
has been instructed to take appropriate action in respect of the
SmartMoney.com article and it is Generex's intention to file a complaint
about the article with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission
