Appgen Platinum Reseller PowerIntermodal Software Adopts ASP Model
Tuesday March 7, 6:00 am ET

Full-Featured Application Service for Intermodal Transport Market Is the First of Its Kind

TACOMA, WA--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 7, 2006 -- InsynQ, Inc. (Other OTC:INSN.PK - News), a premier provider of online application services and owner of Appgen Business Software, announced today that PowerIntermodal Software, a Platinum-level Appgen developer partner, has recently launched the PowerIntermodal software-as-a-service, adopting the Always-ON technology model.

The Internet-based service called Powerintermodal.net offers access to the PowerIntermodal suite of applications, combined with Appgen's core back-office accounting systems, as an online subscription-based service. This is the first entry of its kind for the intermodal software market. The ASP service has been deployed using Novell's SUSE Linux platform as the foundation operating environment, and with Appgen 4GL-developed applications comprising most of the application infrastructure.

Offering an ASP service in addition to the traditional licensed software gives PowerIntermodal the ability to expand their market reach beyond their current geographic boundaries. "The Appgen database is extremely stable and scalable across a wide variety of customer needs," says Carl Schultz, President of PowerIntermodal. "PowerIntermodal Software has deployed the Appgen product line to service customer needs that range from just a few users to several hundred concurrent users. Its architecture supports seamless remote access which is critical to the intermodal industry."

"InsynQ has significant experience with the ASP business model," said John Gorst, CEO of InsynQ. "By enabling our Appgen business partners and helping them orient their solutions towards a subscription-based model, we increase the reach and market potential of the applications."

Hydroslotter and BIGN:

Guys/gals I have almost continuously been doing research on this company, as you should have guessed. Other than my mistake of misunderstanding a drilling rig for a workover rig, my info has been fairly accurate.

Also, a new workover rig costs about $1.3 mil. A used refurbished one maybe $0.5 to $0.8 mil. Prices on these rigs is way up. They used to be about $80K used.

I am certain a Russian was back in Russia due to Visa problems for the last 1.5 months and will be back shortly to help with the 2 Grimes wells with Schumberger's workover rig and then 4 more Grimes wells using Hydroslotter's own used an refurb rig that they will be getting after the holidays. These 6 wells (4 we knew about, plus 2 more) should all be done by the begining of Feb 2006.

The hydroslotter technology did come from Russia. It was developed around the time of the Soviet collapse and the Russians who brought it here were not successful in bring in it to fruition.

I'm told the hydoslotting is working extremely well (no surprise there). There is a lot of interest in the hydroslotting.

Skip Taylor is President of CEO of Hydroslotter.
Jean-claude Bonhomme is chairmen of the board.

Jean-claude brought the hydroslotter tech to Skip Taylor's attention.

Less than 20 Hydroslotter shareholders. They are holding their equity aggressively.

Grimes well #1 doing +/- 25 MCF about 400 MCF per day. Expect a news release on the well valuation in the week/s ahead.

Don't expect more than 60 wells hydroslotted in 2006 and about 180-200 in 2007 which averages about 120 wells per year (IR was a bit aggressive with the estimates).

This assumes one crew working at most 10 wells per month (remember, Hydroslotter Inc is just getting started too). Hydroslotting is not exclusive to BIGN, as I understand things. It would be safer to assume two crews workig to do easily 10 wells per month.

BIGN is growing. How fast will it grow? The limitation is money up to 60 wells in 2006. After 60 it is not clear to me what the limitations are. I guess more wells could be drilled in a perfect world, but 60 wells in 2006 and 180-200 wells in 2007 is probably the accurate number.

Bottom line: BIGN is growing and should continue to grow revenues. Things are going great, but not there is aggressive IR going on for BIGN- some of the time-lines as most of us suspected- are too aggressive. As long as BIGN can give Hydroslotter money to drill recomplete wells, things are great between them.

I still find this a fascinating story. And think there is potentially real value in this pink sheet. Only time will tell how things unfold. But expect them slower than you first believed.

If your info does not agree with my info, than it is my belief that you did not ask the right questions and re-ask them as efficiently as you could have.

I stand behind all I've said here. My info is current and of good quality, IMO.

Of course, I won't devulge my source/s at this time.

BIGN: $0.027b
