Yep....It's halted. However the NASD has lifted the restriction but it may not trade until the merger with TELA. Either that or it's the grays.

OK, this thing is officially nuts! Company received confirmation from the TA that there are well over a billion unauthorized shares. In theory those must be covered by somebody.

Yep, this thing is crazy. Hi-jacked shell and the play is somebody having to cover all the shares that were issued. I'm in, but my entire order wasn't filled because it took off so fast.

I've been in this thing for about 3 weeks. Once it gets going there's a good possibility of a nice squeeze. MM's are going to have to buy back quite a few shares.

Looks like the run may be over. Massive inside selling and the co-founder resigned today.

I know you never want to short at a 52wk high but I may give it a shot. Opinions?

Siam Renewable Energy Group Announces Dividend to Alcar Chemicals Group Stockholders

MONTREAL--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 23, 2007 -- Alcar Chemicals Group Inc. (Other OTC:ACMG.PK - News) releases the news today that Siam Renewable Energy Group Ltd will issue a dividend to ACMG stockholders on record.
The company stated that, pursuant to the finalized acquisition, Siam Renewable Energy Group is now restructuring ACMG into two companies through the incorporation of ARTL, which will be taken public immediately. A dividend will be issued in the form of one per share to stockholders on record as of end of March.

I like the chart. It's set up for a nice run, especially since the city council votes this week on the M2GEN funding. DNAG is said to be involved with Merck. I emailed the company and they basically told me more info would be made available after the vote. Good luck.

Funny story on this today. Some clown on the Yahoo board posted a fake article stating the company was claiming Ch 11. The company issued a press release today saying the FBI is getting involved. I went and read the post and to me it was obviously a joke but apparently the company didn't see it that way.

Filed this 8k. They sold much of their stake in Biofrontera. Could get a pop depending on how they choose to spend the money.

On March 1, 2007, we entered into a strategic market collaborative agreement with Clear Channel Airports, or CCA, a division of Clear Channel Outdoor, pursuant to which we plan to jointly develop and deploy a proprietary travel information kiosk network called iPoint™, specifically for airports and their guest travelers. iPoint™ is intended to provide services that we believe airports should be providing (voluntarily and/or by government mandate) for their guest travelers and is intended to create revenue through advertising and sponsorships. CCA will assist airports with 100% of the iPoint™ equipment, fees and installation costs, in exchange for a revenue share program with the contracted airport. Both CCA and our company also plan to make joint requests for proposal responses and/or sales and marketing efforts to the Detroit, Michigan, San Jose, California, Seattle, Washington and Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas airports.

What's not to like? The company is focused on growth and getting their new products out there. Pretty much exactly what we'd want to hear. 

Anybody still in this? Since the coverage initiation of "speculative buy" and price target of .06, .0051 has become decent support. Look put if it goes below that though.

When they finally lock down the financing for the two new plants this thing should pop.
