Siga in the midst of a major breakout. I've been in this for 6 months already. Looks like it's paying off big-time!!

This is indeed very positive news for Siga (and hopefully the child becomes better too). Unfortunately I'm going to be on vacation from tomorrow till the middle of the week. So I'll have to login to my brokerage from my phone to keep tabs on the stock price. I hope it doubles!!!

Well, it's legal motion. Pharmathene filed a complaint against Siga. Siga filed a motion to dismiss the complaint. They also filed a motion to stay discovery, which means that they want Pharmathene to stop gathering any further evidence to support their complaint. That motion was granted. That is a very positive signal usually.

There have been some developments in the complaint filed by Pharmathene. The motion to stay discovery filed by Siga was granted. This info is available in LexisNexis file and serve. Also, a lot of promising developments on the government front: Siga recently made a presentation to NIAID in which there was a hint that an emergency stockpile fund application may be made in Q1 2007. If that is granted, I see this stock going through the roof. We could see as much as 10 by then. Also, if the Pharmathene complaint is dismissed, we could see some M/A activity.

What about DVAX? They really fell hard after intermediate data for their hayfever drug showed that none of their study subjects had hay fever to begin with. Not negative news, just bad luck with their study sample. It might be a good time to buy in now.
