Only 2 months after being charged with pump and dumps from the Secretary of State of Massaschusetts,  Geoffery Eiten is up to his old tricks.  In a recent mail piece, Eiten reccomends investors purchase shares of fledgling shoe company Skins Inc. (SKNN).   With a market cap of $100 Million and 0 revenues to date, Eiten wants us to beleive that footwear is the new bio-tech.
