BOULDER, CO--(Marketwire - 12/20/10) - Dynamic Materials Corporation (DMC) (NASDAQ:BOOM - News), the world's leading provider of explosion-welded clad metal plates, today announced that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share. The dividend is payable on January 14, 2011, to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2010.
