I do not understand what VSPC.OB will do.

VSPC coming up off the bottom with good volume.  If it can break the 50dma...it should go higher.

RECEIVES ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR CONTRACT: VIASPACE Inc. (VSPC), reported that
its wholly owned subsidiary, VIASPACE Security , has again received additional funding on its
contract from L3 Communications for the integration of software and hardware and final testing
of the Advanced Container Security Device (ACSD). The ACSD program is funded by the US
Department of Homeland Security. This is the second addition of funds for VIASPACE Security
to expand its role in Phase II.
