I liked the PR.  But may be BS.  Low volume on the stock, so I am going to wait another week.  Can't lose much more from here.

fill_the_gap

On the move again with low volume.

Keep an eye on it.

:o
Just one opinion, do the research

saffeysite1

I should buy more, if tomorrow's volume picks up.

fill_the_gap

Agreed.

Will be watching closely.

Almost pulled the trigger today.
Just one opinion, do the research

fill_the_gap

Looking good again....

New today seems very pos.  Not sure why this didn't move, but I think they just have enough exposure yet.  I like the way the company is going.

ClickableOil Signs Agreement To Acquire Oil Company Assets That Will Add Approximately $1.6 Million In Annual Revenues
Monday July 18, 8:00 am ET

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 18, 2005--Clickable Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB:CKEI - News), an Internet-based home heating oil company, announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary ClickableOil.com, Inc. signed a definitive agreement to acquire certain intangible assets of a New Jersey-based home heating oil distribution company that will provide ClickableOil with over 1,000 additional customers and other intangible rights.
The terms of the agreement consist of an all cash payment due at closing with the balance payable on the first anniversary of the closing date, based on a percentage of revenue derived from retained customers. The transaction, which is expected to close over the next 30 days, combined with ClickableOil's recent acquisition of Lorusso Oil, is projected to double revenue for the company's fiscal year ending March 31, 2006.

I'm keeping a close watch on this for confirmation of a bottom.  With very low float and seemingly good prospects for growth, I'm puzzled as to why this is still available for .05 - .06.

Stocksquire

Looking attractive at this level (.03 x .032).  Has taken a nose dive over the past few days without any apparent reason -- possibly a big shareholder cashed out and, because of the low float, drove the price down and caused some others to panic sell.  Just speculation on my part, but this still looks like a legitimate company to me, with very low float and heading into the winter heating oil months.  I welcome any analysis from others.

+ good growth, they are doing the right thing
+ great market potential
+ from the new - strategic moves adding 2.2 MUSD to their sales doubles revenue
- lousy financial state, but somehow they seem to be able to buy intangible assets ie customers
- climbing oil prices hurt their profits, bad shot term really bad as they are already burning money and are low on cash
- Market cap [email protected] gives P/S=1
- Gross margin is poor below 8%

A quick look at their report told me the following:
1. They are burning cash and haven´t got much:

.For the year ended March 31, 2005, we incurred an overall loss of  $(1,254,402),
or ($.02)  per  share,  which was a  decrease  of  $64,675  from the net loss of
$(1,319,077),  or ($.03) per share for the prior period.  The net losses for the
years ended March 31, 2005 and 2004 include non-cash expenses including interest
expense of $613,151 and $641,062,  respectively, of which $383,333 and $416,667,
respectively, relates to debt discount amortization expense, and expense charges
for stock  issued for  services of $8,000 and  213,958,  respectively.  The year
ended  March  31,  2005 also  includes  $188,542  of  amortization  of  deferred
compensation  and a gain of $250,000 for the forgiveness of interest accrued and
unpaid for the convertible debentures.  The gain for the forgiveness of interest
offset an increase of $233,918 in the loss from operations.

2. Rising oil prices hurt their profit:
From their report:

Gross  profit  decreased  by $167,245 to $85,191,  or 66.3%,  for the year ended
March 31, 2005  compared to $252,436  for the year ended March 31,  2004,  while
gross margin  decreased to 3.5% from 13.4% for the periods.  This is principally
due to the rapid and dramatic increase in product cost and rising transportation
expenses  experienced  in the year ended March 31, 2005.  Heating oil  retailers
generally  cannot raise selling prices as quickly as product costs increase in a
rising market;  conversely,  selling prices  generally do not fall as quickly as
product costs decrease in a falling  market.

Their business model is definitely spot on but I guess they have to tenfold their revenue before they reach break-even. Can they raise the money to do that? At how much dilution?

OK, I´ll just play around with numbers - absolutely no market reseach behind it - Only pure guesswork:
In June they signed a deal that should increase their customer base with 1000 customer adding 1.6 M$ revenue

Lets say they manage to make deals equal to 50 of those. That would give 80 M$ in revenue. With 8% gross margin thats 6.4 in gross revenue. Let´s be very optimistic and suppose that a third  of that ends up as earnings = 2M $. OK, if something like that should happen we have a 50 bagger or something not accounting for dilution.

It´s a dotcom ....
So what are the odds better than 50? Comments?

Waterville Investment Research Profiles ClickableOil
MOUNT VERNON, N.Y., Sept. 9, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Clickable Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB:CKEI), an Internet-based home heating oil company, today announced it has entered into a contractual agreement with Waterville Investment Research of New York to profile the company with an extensive research report for the investment community. The report may be found at http://www.watervilleresearch.com/companies/special/237-1.html.

Clickable Enterprises, through its wholly owned subsidiary ClickableOil.com, Inc., provides a low-cost and efficient means of servicing the heating oil market utilizing the Internet. ClickableOil is one of the first Internet-based heating oil companies, replacing the traditional fuel oil administrative functions and expenses with a web-based infrastructure.

"We have commenced a program to publicize ClickableOil and its exciting technologies and products both domestically and internationally and establish our position as the leader in our field," stated Guy Pipolo, chief operating officer of Clickable Enterprises. "Waterville Investment Research will play an integral role in this program."

Waterville Investment Research provides fundamental Wall Street investment research for small-cap companies. Forbes Magazine acknowledged the Waterville Philosophy in an article published on Independent Research. Waterville is looking for clients that have an expectation and appreciation for long-term consistency of reporting, results and news.

"The changes in the oil market are forcing consumers to look at new models for their heating needs, and ClickableOil is a very interesting and more importantly a cheaper alternative for consumers," said Mike Sweeney, partner at Waterville Investment Research.

When Partners Bill Hayde and Sweeney started the firm, they took a long-term view of the market and set up a five-year plan for Waterville and its client companies. In an era where there is great mistrust toward corporate America, Wall Street and small-cap stocks, Waterville is taking the long-term view of the market. Good companies with good management and good products and services will ultimately outperform the market.

"ClickableOil positively meets our criteria with their management team and their cutting-edge technology," Sweeney stated. "We look forward to a long and very successful relationship with them."

I unfortunatley did not get in..i had an order at .035..and my platform rejected it...then i kept trying to catch it...hoping for a dip..and kept missing it..so i finally let it go with out me.
I instead picked up ecci at close to the high of the day only to see it drop...i seem to have no luck :D

Not really sure how high this could go...if you can pick up on a nice dip..you maybe okay..use caution.

Perhaps someone else has some insight?
