Hi Cumulina,

Like said on my last post, this stock just needs a bit of stock promotion, because it's already a steady business, on a good sector. Mr Di-Francesco seems to be a great CEO, doing a nice job, that was expected to be done right now.

I believe now, that we may watch the MM going away from 0.0002 before July the 15th, tomorrow I'll buy my last shares, and will just wait for a lot of bags

The buying itself was from August to Dec. 2004.

The filing date for all those purchses were on April 14, 2005.

Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB: RVNM) is pleased to announce that it will be restructuring its stock with a 1000 to 1 reverse split with an effective date of July 15, 2005.

The share restructuring comes after the SEC approved an SB-2 filing which will give the company the ability to receive as much as $3,000,000 in new financing from MG Studios in order to complete the production of 39 GINA D'S KIDS CLUB programs by September 2006.

The $3,000,000 from MG Studios is in addition to the $2.65 million it had given Raven Moon to complete 18 episodes of GINA D'S KIDS CLUB. MG Studios has extended the additional $3,000,000 of financing to Raven Moon Entertainment based on the company's good standing with its payments on the previous $2.65 million in financing that the company received over a year ago.

The board believes the restructuring will allow the company to recapitalize and believes the company is currently undervalued based upon a film library of 24 completed half hour episodes, 140 produced music videos and licensing rights to toys and characters seen on the "GINA D'S KIDS CLUB" programs airing every week nationwide on 155 television stations throughout the U.S.A.

My sons enjoyed the promo on the website for Raven Moon.

I am in at .0002 and may buy more.

Typically, a reverse split is not good.

It is in their favor to move the Position before the split.

What are we missing though ?  They have funding and have produced many segments that appear on tv.  How will they get the films to the screen.  And what do they project from other sales ?  DVD, characters...etc.

Anybody know about this company ?  I will call Matt to learn more.

Matt Maguire (Big Apple Consulting) called me back.

Matt said that the company produces a tremendous product.
They are getting closer to being able to air 5 days per week.

The money will be made on the products such as CD's, DVD's and Character items.

Matt said the last time a reverse split happened, the price shot to 74 cents from 10 ?
He cannot assume the same.

The down side is 6 billion shares outstanding.

I am already in at .0002.  Will have to take the chance with the reverse split.

Well - I'm hanging in there also.

Right now I'm hanging on to everything I have, hoping for the market to normalize, as It's supposed to do.

Rotten thing with terrorists, but those I'll not heed to!

If I go down with all my shares, at least I'll feel good about not selling because of a terrorist-attack!

I'm not selling today, and I'm not buying.

(I'm sure that'll terrify them...)

I've been following this stock for about a month, and have researched the company.  I just ran into this board today, and it's quite fun reading all the posts.  For those of you waiting...wondering what the deal is, I found this info some time ago on the company's website, and I found it the only reason this company is in the dark among the public.

  Hate to see my 1.5 mil of shares dwindle since I've never had so many before but it's all about the $ in the end to waiting to see it move.
  With only $150 in I can wait a little while.
