To date, the Company has received approximately $15 million in new orders for the month of May. The Company sees continued momentum in the marketplace and with the new children's bath sponge coming out soon, management is anticipating the drive in sales should increase exponentially, as SpongeTech® leaves its footprint across America; branding itself as America's Cleaning Company™.

America's Cleaning Company(TM), (OTC Bulletin Board: SPNG - News) today announced 14 additional strategic partnerships in Major League Baseball (MLB) with the Arizona Diamondbacks, Atlanta Braves, Baltimore Orioles, Boston Red Sox, Cincinnati Reds, Cleveland Indians, Chicago Cubs, Colorado Rockies, Houston Astros, Florida Marlins, Los Angeles Angels, Philadelphia Phillies, San Francisco Giants, and the Toronto Blue Jays.

Similar to its existing MLB team partnerships, SpongeTech® will receive a high-profile permanent outfield sign, home plate rotational signage and/or other branding and awareness mechanisms in each deal.

This order from Costco demonstrates the wide market acceptance of SpongeTech®'s innovative cleaning products.

For those of you who like the penny plays, take a look at SPNG from news reports they seem to have done a full quarter's sales in May orders. Stock has moved considerably in the last 4 days and would look for a pull back. Feel they have further to go as they should swing into profit. They have also just been picked up by Costco, and the new Spongebob bath sponge for kids should be a winner when released later this quarter.

SpongeTech® Engages Omni Direct Inc. for Latin America

NEW YORK and MIAMI, June 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SpongeTech(R) Delivery Systems, Inc., America's Cleaning Company(TM), (OTC Bulletin Board: SPNG - News) has today announced that the Company will begin marketing and advertising its products in Latin American. The Company will establish a Direct Response Television marketing program in various regions of Latin America. The widespread acceptance of SpongeTech®'s products in the U.S. marketplace and the exceptionally high reorder rate from existing customers and new customers has resulted in the expanding of SpongeTech®'s marketing efforts into Latin America.

The Company has retained Omni Direct Inc. to lead the marketing campaign in Latin America. Omni Direct Inc. ("Omni"), located in Miami Beach, is owned and operated by Hispanics and is a leader in direct response marketing to Hispanics.
