Does anyone know what's going on with GRYF?  Pinksheets.com shows the status as "suspended"  I had read that they planned to move to the OTCBB in the near future, but wasn't aware it would be this soon....think that's what it is?  This is awfully strange.

Wondering the same.  No action on Ameritrade.  Perhaps a symbol change ?

News from earlier this month: http://www.theautochannel.com/news/2005/07/13/137377.html

Basically it says they plan on filing the paperwork to move to the OTCBB.  Perhaps they have been doing this behind the scenes, but you would think they would be announcing this in order to pump the stock price.  I am not sure if this is what happened, but it seems to make sense that is what is going on.

Yikes, not good news at all.  Even when it does get off suspension, I would suspect share prices will drop significantly.  This pretty much sucks.   :(

Notified by my broker trading is suspended until Aug 9
No reason could be given so sounds suspicious.
Will give investors time to evaluate at least and if postive results the price will spike or if negative it will drop and if this a good long term pick it will be a good buyin point.
Anyone like waiting while holding the bag?

Thanks for the update.  Hope they put out some good PR in that timeframe, to offset the message of this morning.

Ok I have the low down on the suspension.  They are checking into the recent news alerts about the dealerships bought and the revenue numbers.  But I was told not to worry that everything mentioned in the press releases is on the up and up.  And they are in the middle of an audit, which will backup there numbers.  So I am a little relieved now.

I can add one lesson here:

"Never buy a PR, buy a stock. That way you can atleast sell something".

Hope others have better opinions and comments.

I lost $500 on GRYF  but I think the lesson was worth it.

What lesson?  Never buy a PR, are you kidding?  What do you think makes a stock go up?  If no PR then the stock will not rise.  Every investor the movers at least want to hear what is going on with a company.  If they dont release PR's then the stock will certainly go down because the investor thinks no news is bad news.  I have no idea what you are talking about.

Thanks for the update.  Maybe my money isn't down the drain afterall.  At this point, I'd be happy to get 50% of it back.  I'm afraid that even when it resumes trading, the price will take a severe hit due to many investors (like myself - most likely) just trying to dump it.

If nothing else this is a good learning experience....as suspensions aren't exactly common, even among pennies. :-\
