IDCO - could do it 8)...

but notice how it has all that supply over on the left side of the chart(the higher prices)...the ones that have worked didn't really have that...another thing to study.

EliteG, anything you like for a buy this morning, from the various ones you've posted ??

eliteG

goodmorning tex  ;)

nope.  Most of the ones I posted are just for study.  I will be scanning for these and I'll post if I see a fit.  I just gotta remember to let the patern come to me and not force it.  Let me know if you think you find a g-pattern hopeful.

lets kick it  >:D

Toughest lesson right there.  Being patient, not chasing stocks, and then not falling in love with them.

I think Elite's analysis takes the following into some finite details:

Weinstein: Secrets for profiting in Bull and Bear markets:

'There are 2 great times for an investor to do new buying and both centre on the breakout point. The first is when a stock initially moves out of its stage 1 base and enters stage 2. The second and safer time is when a stock pulls back toward the breakout point after the initial buying frenzy burns out. The advantage of buying on a pullback is that you get to play movie critic and judge what you have seen. Did stock move above breakout point, did vol pick up impressively, did vol contract on pullback. Once you have watched the action you'll know if you have an A+ or C- breakout stock'

thanks Aussie...this is a great perspective to think about.  :)

We are looking for A+++, and so nothing less than the best will do.

yes...i'm feeling that monday morning pump  :D

kressad

Elite,

WFTV formed a double bottom on Friday on high volume. Don't know if you've still been following but it's one you've mentioned before. Might be time for another ride here. Your thoughts?

Been trying to post the chart but just can't seem to do it

eliteG

hey kressad, a bit early on the double bottom talk aren't you?  ;)  it needs to move up from what your calling its 2nd bottom 1st...if it does this with volume, maybe then lets talk.

kressad

Very true, very true.

So let me re-phrase:  POSSIBLE double bottom formed  ;)

Can't deny that now is the time to start to keep track of it atleast.

eliteG

lol, possibly  :D

I would look to find a nice g-pattern penny instead of a double bottom penny... >:D

daldrich

Seem to notice most move heavy on volume for three days and then start a correction.
Exit strategy may be on the fourth day and if you've missed getting in before that then patience for the next train coming through and not jump in.

eliteG

that might be the case daldrich...we will see with ADDI which seems to be in progress.  I am lovin it!  strongest thing on my lists for today and I own it...nice  8) >:D

eliteG

i sold 1/2 ADDI because it surpassed a 100% move from its classic g-pattern breakout  >:D

it is up 75% as we speak!!

catrader

so was addi part of the experiment?  what is the portfolio value at right now?  It was based on 10k beginning or 1k beginning?
