Didn't think I would see anything good to trade today but then along came HYRF with a strong (technical and news) breakout.  This one could get exciting  ;) >:D

shaker340

I hope so ;D, I'm finally back in the green with this one  :)

supergeek

Yeah, me too shaker. Looks like MBAH might be starting to wake up also.

hey shak  ;) I believe its gonna run one of these days.. but how long will it take? I just dont know.  0.42 is the magic number along with some volume.  Who knows tomorrow might be the day.   >:D

I wanted to add that techncially, for HYRF, this is just the start of a breakout.  Totally buyable according to the chart.  I think what may be holding people back is the volume which is high but not crazy high.  What today makes me notice is we broke through a strong resistance zone and didn't need overwhelming volume to do it so perhaps the sellers are not there.. we shall see  ;)

eliteG

that is a pretty close for HYRF  8)
tomorrow could be really interesting  >:D

Hey G,

Wondering if you agree with Daves analysis on AMEP going below .01 eventually, based on the his opinion oil/ng will go way down?

My piggish behavior on this one netted me 36k and cost me and additional 30k as welll, failing to sell in the .12-..14 range.   Dumped it all, but am having a hard time letting my best investment of all time go.

Davids take is the developing story means beans.  Do you agree or disagree.  To me, if the story is real and David is incorrect on oil/ng coming way down, there would appear to be another good risk/reward opportunity in the mid .06  Your thoughts.

hEY OIC,

not sure about any specific price direction on AMEP.  My perspective on it is like my perspective on any penny stock.. and that is:

You catch the momentum and you better sell while the momentum is still going on, because when the momentum stops the stock dies.

I do not believe in any fundamental story behind the penny stocks.  For me there is no "investing" in a penny.

So for AMEP this means I would never ever EVER buy a pullback.  For me a pullback buy is a good investing principle and not a good momentum penny principle.

this philosophy works for me  ;)

hey Elite,

wondering if you could have a peek at OMNI for a (bit of a rough) G-pattern.  There have been a couple of pullbacks in the first ascent, but the volume is definitely there, and lacking in the last 4 days of the pullback.  I'm not really sure, but thought, hey, yoou're the expert!!

Cheers!

OMNI looks really good for a G-pattern breakout if it can climb back to the high ofthe last run (5ish).  What I like about OMNI's chart is how it climbs on really gigantic relative volume and this pullback is on very little volume(relative to the climb).. It looks so good I wouldn't be scared of playing the next turn of direction.  Thx for making me pay attention to the chart.(applaud)  I will be watching.  8)

So HYRF seems to be poppin this mornin  8)

bid of 1.21 and we closed @ 1.17

so if we get the volume we are rockin and rollin, imo  ;)

rickjust

hi traders,
here is a question i posed on the nvax thread, maybe someone here could shed some light for me,thanks ,
maxi

well yes, that is always the case someone is selling , someone is buying.
but the question is on a gap up in the morning when you see more selling than buying: ie: sometimes my ticker shows all red as in nvax this morning -a lot of selling- or as is the case with other stocks i have seen gap up my ticker shows green - a lot of buying- how does this correlate with a gap filling or a gap moving forward and not filling?
thanks again,
