GLIF: The last two candlesticks formed a Bullish Harami Pattern .
Bullish Harami Pattern is characterized by a small white real body contained within a prior relatively long black real body.
For them candlestick people.
PS: I like the symetric triangle too EG! There could be a breakout run in the works tommorow.
:D :D

Hey G man,
Thank you for your posts and your insights.Trading is a game you loose some and you win some. But to interact with people far away, not knowing who they are and what they do.Still share your thought process with them is priceless.Thankyou again

Question: I'm holding AVNC and thinking to get rid of it since it's been slow and listening today's investor's conference I'm not confident that it will go anywhere anytime soon.

Looking at the chart it looked like a potential G play but then the low of the big candle got broken. Anybody still sees any potential in this?

hey bro, its got potential check it out.. I made up a quick chart but its got triangulation with support on the bottom.. now it could break either way but based on the last volume push and the location of some indicators I would side with goin higher first.. but now you know where to set a stop, In my opinion that bottom trendline of the triangle or just below 1.25 previous support  ;)

I still dont think GLIF is a bad hold Maxi(I'm holding it myself) and that you will see higher than your original trading plan(Maxi was gonna sell around .05) but your original plan had trading efficiency.. anyway I see explosive potential in this chart and I hope we al bank that $  8)

Way to head out of NVAX on time. (applaud)

SRGX...your right...chart doesn't look good yet. And until the contract details are released, it probably will not respond. If this contract is a small one it should boost it some....a big one and the chart will catch your eye.  ;D

Your approach is best w/pennies...or any stocks, for that matter...much safer to wait for momo and catch as much of the ride as you can. You look for chart action, volume/PPS spikes, etc., and news is secondary. I look for momo driving news and then examine the chart as I enter and then as the play developes. I do best when I stick to that strategy. It is very similiar to yours, just reversing charts/news. I don't have any chart scanning software, but the news is easy to scan and that's where you can usually get in on the start of the momo anyway. I am always glad to see you in a stock I am in to see what your chart thoughts are.

I feel like you with pennies...and actually most all stocks...forget the long term approach and just catch the momo runs and move to another one. I just occaisionally find a story brewing in one that I just can't seem to resist, like SRGX....and so I've been stuck in it for a couple weeks.  ;D I actually thought the news would keep coming and I could get in and out on each run, but that didn't happen. With each one I do this with, I make a resolution to not let it happen again...but only enter when news/momo is in progress and exit when or before it ends...I am getting better. I don't like getting stuck...but I do think SRGX will pan out soon. Anyway....keep it on watch. I think it will come up on your chart screen soon.  ;D GLIF still looks great to me. Almost sold in the .04's today when I figured it was loosing steam , but I held on. I've watched it since the last runup to .17 and it can have some wild swings in a days trading. So if there's no new news driving it, I'll be looking to sell on highs and try and reneter lower later in the day...as I feel it should go higher over the next several weeks.

This is a great thread here...getting more good people with great imput all the time.  ;D

eliteG

Hey run, glad to see you in a stock I'm in as well.  I have noticed you in some big plays.  You must have some good news weeding skills to picks stocks based on that. ;D

With SRGX I just see that it has had it strong thrust move(huge volume and price appreciation) in September and that any move now will be compared to that.  Knowing its a pink sheet penny makes strong follow-through on it less likely, imo, but if it can make a huge volume move (6million plus) I'd say its back in play.  I read about the contract potential.. looks great.. I'll be watching.

thats a great strategy(applaud) just be sure the run up you are selling is not the breakaway, watch the volume to make sure, and remember we are near the end of a triangle so a move here is likely, imo

good trading  8)

LFTC - has potential only after massive volume with a move around the previous run high
AMRE - not even bringing up the chart, I think its headed to 0..
WITM - yep its all about the volume.. looks good

Hey Elite,

I think u brought LBTN up yesterday to watch and that may have further potential. It has news this a.m.
