Hi Elite,

Do you know the amount of O/S and float for BIGN? I called the company yesterday and they said "someone would return my call", but they haven't as of yet.

I wonder why!?! ::)

Take my word for it and try to stay away from pinks. No matter how good their fundamentals look to you or how pretty their charts are. Just stay away from them!

Just my 2 cents.

Been trying to find some recent news for reason to spike up GLIF like it has. So far their's none, wonder what's behind the curtain, hiding that caused the spike. Do you know how to check instituional buying to see if they are the reason for it. Thought about entering limit order  selling at last spike price it went to @.10 and see if it gets that far.
Good luck everybody and remember don't be greedy I've lost on many trades waiting to get a better price. Onced read from a good book on trading," Take profits religiously". Make a plan with every trade and trade the plan. Someone has this on their profile when you bring up their thread it's very good advise. I will wait out the day to see where it enda and will and will make an exit plan tonight if it doesn't work out I think this will not be the last spike we'll see on GLIF. :)

I just got a call from their investor relations dept. They currently have approx. 243,000,000 shares outstanding. He didn't know for sure how many were held by insiders or the amount of shares fully diluted.

That number sounds fine with me.. I feel that everything should be calculated on this one with 400,000,000 shares.  The authorized amount.  I think we still come out with an undervalued company.

Hi Elite,

this is what I got:

The following is a link to BIGN june unaudited quarterly report:
https://www.otcstockinfo.com/repository/655702/655702_FR14.pdf

which I found here along with other financial reports:
http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/finance.jsp?symbol=BIGN

Coupling this data with this statement from the news item(link):
QuoteBiogenerics plans to primarily fund the hydroslotting expansion with its current cashflow. This is possible since the costs for slotting are returned in an average of 45 days from production. Having Royal Petroleum behind us eliminates the need for any financings which may cause dilution of equity.

this is the snapshot from the report:

So I guess now I have to bring up revenue.. in order so that a 7million - 12million mkt cap seems low on BIGN.. let me gather the info.. might take a while  ;)

BIGN.PK looks like a great find EliteG, I really enjoy this technical setup...

First a big move from .0090 to 0.0470 a few weeks ago... then a normal correction.
Yesterday's candle was a very good signal, and I think that if BIGN manage to close above 0.035, it will have the power to trade new highs on the short term.

Applaud you from bringing this one ;)

Ramsburg, I dont understand why people should invest in PINKS. That's just my personal view ofcourse. Most PINKSHEETS have great stroy behind them but you rarely see them deliver on anything.

Ofcourse you know this better than me or anyone else. I am just wondering what your perspective is on this matter?

I hope all invested in pinks manage to make money.

Thanks Ramsburg  ;D I'm putting together everything I can find on the revenue side for this guy.. it will look even better  ;) but of course thx everyone for the words of caution on a pinky.. but with the greatest risk comes the greatest reward as well  >:D

eliteG

since GLIF is running without any new info released..as far as I can tell..one way to play this is to wait for that info to be released to sell partial  ;)  buy the rumor, sell the news

GLIF new highS  :o

MarketMakerz

I can understand the risk/reward concept Elite.
I just see it somewhat unfair to those who get into these stocks(pinkys) and are left holding bags when they realize what management had told them was nothing but a bunch of lies.

I hope BIGN is one of those rare exception.  :)
