good idea. Of course, it is great for us to watch the race against yourself, so we can learn a lot from it.
However I think that the set of rules which supporting you on the beginning will become in a certain way obstacle on the end. And this is why you and many other (inclusive me) may have not achieved this in the past.

Going with pennies and only technical may be applicable while staying in the 1,000$ to 20,000$ range. As much the account is increasing it will get difficult in finding the right deals.
Staying with microcaps will result in many stocks you will deal at one time – a real challenge I agree because with more than 20-30 stocks at one and the same time the risk is high to loose control. The result will be that there will be more and more duds in your account eating in to your performance (as you already mentioned).
If you want reduce your number of stocks or above 100,000$ you have to switch to more liquid stocks – small and midcaps, otherwise you can not place your orders anymore. In this case you have to take fundamentals and news into consideration especially if your account reaches 1,000,000$ area. The movements will become more slow.
The next daemon to fight with it in this case is someone's own patience.

I think the secret lies not only in the method to follow disciplined the initial plan. The real secret may be how to adjust the trading plan and adopting him on the situation on the account in a disciplined way.

I just draw a parallel to the physics/engineering. The one who handles the (linear) functions is the master but the one who masters the dynamic of the functions is the king.

I do not want to discourage you from this project, no no! I am also really exited.
Just some toughs to give the experiment a little spice. Maybe we can find somethng which is adoptable to many of us, and that would be to the benefits of the whole community.
If it is not revealing your total secrets, you may explain afterwards how you have made the choice so we can recapitulate the scenario and learn from it.

thx andyman  that is exactly the spirit I'm looking for.  Adaptation will be key to this fight.  I am trying to just think about one trade at a time and we will see how it goes.  I think a lot will become clear as I begin to make the trades.

Nothing qualified today but I see some things setting up for tomorrow...almost 100% certain I'll make a buy tomorrow for the "project"

at the last moment I saw something that qualified.  FCCN @ .17...didnt get as many as I wanted.  Broker is gonna try to see what he can pull.  So I guess thats the first one.  I'll probably pick a second one tomorrow too.

so the first stock for the project is doing well  up 44% @ this time.  I only got filled partially so I have to debate what is the right thing to do.

allright cant count FCCN as a project "pick" more of a test since I didnt get fully filled.  got 20.5%.

BCON and TWAV closed right by the highs!  I may let BCON go more than tomorrow but I will probably take profits on TWAV...if it goes up that is...

I'll just calculate it as if I bought right at close for these test picks...

...sorry i know its a bit disorganized round the Infinite Compound...lol, but just gotta get some tests out of the way

...by next week I'll be able to rock for real and be organized about it. i hope...hehe
