Upgraded today.  Might make a recovery.  May have alot of resistance @$4.50.  IF not could have potential.  Keep on alert

Don't have chart to post, perhaps later.

CBB has a downtrending channel. Couldn't buy this stock. The upgrade might be for someone to sell.
