I needed a win desperately...too bad i was only able to buy 200k shares...but, hey...its almost doubled...can't complain

I ended up buying BUGS too late yesterday at .048...so if i end up losing on that...then i can cover the loss with my wins...breaking even!  I have no idea where to exist here..how high is this thing going?!  Maybe i will just sell half to cover myself..see what happens.

Geez, too bad you didn't get in...for once I could have made you some money....still would love to pay you back for all your great winners!!!

I got into RNVO this morning at .0021 after watching it rocket up this morning from .0011.  The reason I bought was the President (Stephen Carnes) bought a hugh number of shares yesterday.  The last time he did this, the stock went up. Guess he knows something and the press about Katrina might be helping the cause.  

From a TA point of view, how much more can this thing go up?  Right now its pushing .0055 (up 400% for the day).

  HI Julia...I thought about getting in this about 400% ago  but I didn't know about the inside buy and was lerry of buying a top. I have since heard of the inside buy and that people are expecting good news to follow, especially with the sector it's in. So, if I were you and already up ALOT!!!  I'd just watch it closely, determine how much profit you are willing give up if it starts to pull back, and run for the door if it falls to your profit objective. I watched it fly today, and it would occaisionally fall back a bit before it continued the climb. And with the anticipation of great news pending, it just may keep running to who knows where. That's my 2 pennies worth.  I'd say you bought this one just a little before the top  Hope it keeps running for you.

Yes, i already sold half at .0053 and you're right, i want to maximize my profits...and make sure i get them...so i will see how the morning goes...and possibly get rid of it all..or buy more...we'll see.

But, thanks for making sure I remember that sometimes you just got to let go and not hold out for more...been there..done that....tooooo many times...ended up with a loss or barely anything at all...waste of time in the end.

Well...perhaps it will still look good enough for you tomorrow...i just thinking about nnnc...i know, i know...all stocks are different...but, for 3 days..it just kept running...hopefully RNVO will follow the same route..praying for that actually

You can never tell sometimes how much these stocks are going to take off in a matter of hours...trust me...if I knew it was going to go hysterical today I would have bought alot more...i would have sold all the losers I'm holding and stocked up on RNVO today...if only we knew

But, it could react like NNNC did...who knows?!

So, keep ur eye on it tomorrow...perhaps we could see  further gains as well...it is hurricaine related and the insider buy is very positive...right?

COMPENSATION OF DIRECTORS



All directors will be reimbursed for expenses incurred in attending
Board of Directors' meetings. We did not issue any shares of common stock as
compensation to any director in 2003.



EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT WITH STEPHEN W. CARNES



On September 3, 2003, we entered into an Employment Agreement with
Stephen W. Carnes, wherein Mr. Carnes agreed to serve as the Chairman of the
Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The term of the
Agreement is for a period of three years, it commenced on August 1, 2003 and
will expire on July 31, 2006. We agreed to pay Mr. Carnes a salary at an annual
rate equal to the sum of $250,000. A bonus in the amount of $500,000 will be
paid to Mr. Carnes upon successfully completing the opening or
merger/acquisition of our first operating business unit. A bonus of $250,000
will be compensated to Mr. Carnes for each additional merger and/or acquisition
and/or business unit start-up Mr. Carnes brings to the Company. Mr. Carnes will
receive an automobile allowance of $700 per month. Mr. Carnes agreed to accrue
such portions of his salary as deemed relevant by the board of directors until
such time as the Company is adequately capitalized and able to pay such salary.

We do not own any office space or facilities. We lease our offices,
which are located at 1111 North Orlando Avenue, Winter Park, Florida 32789.
Signature Leisure, Inc. provides these offices to us on a month-to-month basis.
The CEO of Signature Leisure is Stephen Carnes, the CEO of Renovo. The
facilities are minimal in space, and are considered temporary until such time as
we begin to acquire additional company's to merge with as described in our Plan
of Operation. In the future we anticipate requiring additional office space and
additional personnel; however it is unknown at this time how much space or how
many individuals will be required.
