A pullback on low volume from HYRF.OB, correcting the rise that happened just because of a research report.

The stock will probably continue consolidating before the next push up. The trend is still bullish as you can see on the chart below, and fundamentals warrant higher prices, I will continue holding HYRF.OB.

Surprise, surprise, another rally on HYRF.OB, this time 1,000,000 plus shares traded. This happens with bullish stocks, we never know when they will flourish again, but they will ...

I will continue holding HYRF.OB for the long term, I have an almost 500% profit on it  :o

David Randolph

Nothing new on the technical or fundamental front on HYRF.OB. I'll continue holding the stock for the long term, just leaving the updated chart.

David Randolph

There's no story to tell on HYRF.OB today. I will continue holding.

Intriguing that HYRF's price jumped up as high as 1.17 today on very little volume today.  The only news item around was this one:

http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/051012/097744.html

Which might have caused it, but came out much earlier in the day.  It seems to me that there are almost no fundamental sellers around any more, but probably quite a lot of swing traders out there, wanting to maximise profits by selling into any gain to buy back later - and its not a bad strategy, just have a look at the trading ranges over the last few weeks in the attatched spreadsheet:

On most given days, the high/low spread is substantially higher than the open/close spread, today being an perfect example, with an open close spread of less than 3% of the open, but with a high/low spread of nearly 12% of open.  Now I know that this is true for most stocks, but with HYRF we are consistently talking about a 10-15% range at least, which isn't short change.

I am just putting this information out there as I think it is likely that there is some manipulation going on in this stock, at least by large swing traders.  Most gains will very likely be pulled back, often intraday.  For the more adventurous out there, it represents an opportunity to make profits through intra/inter-day swings as HYRF advances.

But this is against David's philosophy, and is potentially risky too, as today demonstrates once again that you never know when this puppy is going to make a move. ???

Digest it as you will, I am considering using 1/3 of my position for potential swing trading purposes, holding the remainder for the longer term ride ;D

Good luck while you do it ScottishTrader, but remember this is an OTCBB stock and you probably could never sell at the high of buy at the low of the day's range. The market maker can play around with you if he notices you, not filling your orders. You can be selling at, say, $1.17, the stock goes to $1.20 and yet you didn't get filled, beware those tricks.

HYRF.OB was the only bright spot on my watch list yesterday, rising 5%. I will continue holding this penny stock.

This looks like it might be forming a pennant here. It remains to be seen if it will head higher.
I don't know if this has allready been discussed because I did not search the whole message thread, so I apologize if someone has allreday mentioned the pennant.
There's always a bull market somewhere and I promise to bla bla bla bla........

With the stock price of $1.1, its PE = 2.02.

Growth rate 1000%.

Fair value for this stock should be in $10-$20.

May see big pop up tomorrow.

I agree...Anyone else see a G-pattern?

I have 5000 shares says this is going to move up... my hesitation is the $23M asset increase is the new value for MARTI and the contract with China -  :o it is purely speculation based on completion of the purchase agreement...  I look for the big pop when the first order is placed and the PR released for that...
I am looking for EYII to give some signs of life and then see HYRF follow the lead... even though they are completely separate from each other. 8)

Tomorrow it seems like the day of HYRF. And funny thing is that its just a beginning. Many ppl will come to know after its start making days of high. Take the case of VPHM. How many ppl knew it was undervalued and how long it took for market to wake up. I will add to my position unless David intend to sell tomorrow.

52 cents EPS and no cash in the bank!! As a matter of fact they had negative cash flow of 500K ( and not to mention minor dilution). fundamentals say that value is enhanced only when Cash is being accumulated and some of it is invested back into product development. But markets are markets and people are people. So most probably people will be chasing the PPS up!!!
