Lets do some math and someone let me know if I am totally off base....

Now based on a previous post that stated...

HYRF's CEO, Dennis Mast was interviewed on the wallstreetreporter.com today.  During the interview, he stated that the combined companies of HYRF will be doing $500mil per YEAR in income in two years.  Anyone think that the current $6mil marketcap is undervalued?

Now lets say 500 million per year with a 10% net profit margin (very very conservative).
500,000,000 * .10 = 50,000,000 Net Earnings..
Now lets apply that using a P/E ratio of 25 and an Outstanding Share count of 32 million.
50,000,000 / 32,000,000 = 1.56 * 25 = 39.00 Share Price... WOW

Lets be conservative here

Now lets say 50 million per year with a 10% net profit margin ....
50,000,000 * .10 = 5,000,000 Net Earnings
5,000,000 / 32,000,000 = .156 * 25 = 3.90 Share Price..

Lets be ultra conservative here

Now lets say 10 million per year with 10% net profit margin.....
10,000,000 * .10 = 1,000,000 Net Earnings
1,000,000 / 32,000,000 - .0313 * 25 = .783 Share Price....

This stock anyway you look at it is presently generating revenues and is way undervalued.

If I am totally off base... Somebody fill me in....   Thanks

Great information and research from fill_the_gap and aitech61, thanks  :D

The stock is responding to fundamental developments, slowly, but it's doing it. As aitech61 said, the potential of this micro cap is outstanding, having a product that can be sold worldwide.

I'm a long term holder of HYRF.OB, but since I must make a daily update on the analysis, I'll do a bit of medium term TA:

HYRF.OB is now positioned to break the $0.25 short term resistance level and that will trigger a target of $0.335. It's a good thing that the stock is so close to the highs made on the big news day, unfortunately we can not say the same about EYII.OB.

But eventually the two stocks will push higher in tandem, since they both benefit handsomely from a star product they got: Code Blue (you can learn more about the product here: www.stopdrinkingpoison.com

Confortably holding HYRF.OB, fundamentals and technicals are on our side.

I am new to the board, but not HYRF. I have been tracking it for some months now. I like your analysis, particularly the "big picture" posted a few days back. And I agree with you that, provided HydroFlo and EYII are being forthright with us, we are positioned for good growth.

Thanks for your post jcrom  :)

HYRF.OB opened too high yesterday and fell back. But it held in positive territory, which is a plus. From what I've seen with this stock it isn't able to run very fast, it is a slow stock, that is why it will probably have a prolonged advance.

I will continue holding HYRF for the long term, I'm a believer in the success of the Code Blue product.

I feel comfortable with this company and see the dip to .19 as a buying opportunity. I just bought at .191. The 13dma has crossed the 50dma and IMHO the trend is up. We need to hold the support between .185 and .19. Even a slight dip there will not concern me as long as the fundamentals stay the same... Again most of my purchases are at .175.

We shall see!!!!

I think today's movement was good for HYRF. It relieved a lot of tension and moved the technicals back to a less over bought situation. And we held support at .20 , which I feel was necessary.

Thanks for your posts.

HYRF.OB made a pullback to the ascending trendline and recovered nicely by the end of the session. The stock is stuck between the ascending trendline and the horizontal resistance at $0.25. Usually in these cases the ascending support wins and the stock breaks higher.

Confortably holding HYRF.OB for the long term.

Today was another good day. We are still following up our trend line toward resistance.
I think we may test 0.25 tomorrow possibly.
Even though we closed down from yesterday, the buys today actually outnumbered the sells
195,736 - 133,014
I bought more today.

News out:
MARTI Signs Agreement With Chinese Manufacturer
Tuesday September 6, 8:00 am ET
WAL Pitcher & Filter Contract Terminated

RALEIGH, NC--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 6, 2005 -- Metals & Arsenic Removal Technology, Inc. (MARTI), a portfolio company of HydroFlo, Inc. (OTC BB:HYRF.OB - News), today announced a new contractual agreement with a major international plastics injection molding firm for production of MARTI pitcher and filtration units. These units will initially be manufactured in a highly automated, 100,000 square meter facility located near Shanghai, in amounts of up to 1,200 pitchers and 4,000 filters daily.

This manufacturer will help MARTI fulfill the large backlog of orders recently received through MARTI's current distribution channel. They will also ensure ongoing production capacity to meet projected orders through 2007 and beyond. The Chinese manufacturing facility is also favorably located logistically to cost effectively meet the growing Indo-China market and recently identified distributors throughout the Pacific Rim.

Based partly on production limitations, accelerating product demand and regional distribution considerations, MARTI and WAL S.A. (WAL), in a mutual agreement, have agreed to terminate their pitcher and filter production contract as of July 27, 2005. MARTI will continue to distribute the current inventory of WAL products per contract termination agreements. Production has already been shifted to the Asian operations, with new product coming on line in late September.

Chief Operating Officer of MARTI, George Moore, commented that the shift in manufacturing supply chain logistics, though difficult, became necessary to meet the exponential demand, and evolving MARTI marketing strategy explaining, "I am delighted to be able to produce pitchers and filters in such volumes that not only can we fulfill a projection of over $210 million worth of product sales, but we will now have the production capacity to develop our own branded products which will be available to a wider geographical market."

HydroFlo (http://www.hydroflo.us) is a Business Development Company, as defined by the Investment Act of 1940. Headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, HydroFlo's core focus is to seek out synergistic acquisitions that will provide capital appreciation and income from its portfolio companies. The mission of HydroFlo, Inc. is to acquire and develop innovative technologies and businesses that will improve the quality of water throughout the world by means of detection, treatment, and removal of contaminants. By so doing, our most precious resource can be rendered safe and abundantly available for all future generations, and thereby, improve the quality of life on Earth.

Thanks for posting the news la-onda  :)

Let me post the link for the complete press release: MARTI Signs Agreement With Chinese Manufacturer - WAL Pitcher & Filter Contract Terminated

Let me make this highlights:

There's no doubt these are great, great news. HYRF is technically and fundamentally very bullish. This makes the $210M Letter of Intent more and more real for investors, I believe.

I wonder why EYII isn't benefiting from this, the market is very suspicious, but I'm not, I guess traders and investors need to see the news on their face to react !

It is possible that today HIRF will reach $0.335, but I won't sell anyway, not with this fundamental background.

HI David, congratulations on HYRF ! you rule !   ;D
Your target is almost on my screen, and so my next donation.

I think the next move will be EYII following the move on HYRF.

thanks !

Nice move today... You just get that feelilng that a major breakout is forthcoming. Reminds me of BRVO after its move from .16 cents to the mid .30 cent range before it exploded to over a $1... Big difference. HYRF has a much much lower float and outstanding share count and soon to be much greater revenues...

This could get exciting quick...

We shall see!!!!
