Copy post from another board:

Any filter Hydroflo makes goes through EYII is a false statement.
Hydroflo will be selling soon whole house filters, counter filters, under sink units, commercial water cooler units, end of faucets among others and EYII will have Nothing to do with them.Hydroflo will also be able to say what they want with these filters.
Hydroflo will also be selling a pitcher filter unit it just won't say it removes Nitrates that's the exclusive EYII has Nitrates on pitcher filter units only.

Upon doing some dd, there are a lot of opinions on hyrf and eyii.  In Davids camp, you have the "eyii has other forms of revenue" argument, and in the hyrf camp you have the eyii has revenue but margins will be hurt by crass commissions paid to multi level marketing reps who could care less about shareholders argument, as well as the points about exclusivity in the above copy/paste.   It has also been bantered about that there is more coming in hyrf's immediate future than the China deal, which if large enough would be frightening in combo with China.  Hyrf also apparently made some projections  in  previous filings that failed to come to fruition, along with a sizable preferred stock grant to the ceo that can be converted into common stock at a 3 to 1 clip.  This was apparently when the stock was around 50 cents.  The cost of those shares was 170,000, and the value at the time the shares were at .50 was valued in the millions.  Minor details, but worth noting.

Bottom line, I own way more of eyii, and I wish I owned way more of hyrf.  I would disagree with you David that eyii should be priced higher than hyrf based on the following projeciton only.  I am guessing the value of hyrf's other products and future contracts to be greater than eyiis current and future business that are separate from one another and apart from the China deal.  I will be curious to see if the eyii multi level business can get the same kind of profit margins amway makes on soap  ;D.  If they are equally as large, then maybe they make out like bandits.  We will see the #'s soon I suspect.

Final thoughts.  First, I hope you are right David, and history would show the odds to be in your favor based on your portfolio verses mine. Second, I'm glad I have shares in both of these companys, and they might do equally well, making all debate a moot point.

Financial News USA Daily Stock Alert: HYRF, CHDT, ATCT and UBDE

Financial News USA (OTC: FNWU) provide Daily Stock Alert clients to look for. Metals & Arsenic Removal Technology, Inc. (MARTI), a portfolio company of HydroFlo, Inc. (OTCBB: HYRF) continues to expand on released information regarding their new agreement for pitcher and filtration system manufacturing contracts. Yesterday the company announced an agreement with a major Chinese international plastics injection molding firm for production of their water filtration units. MARTI went on to confirm speculation that the contract with their European contractor, WAL S.A., based on a mutual agreement between both parties, was terminated to ensure increased production through the current distribution channel. China Direct Trading Corporation's (OTCBB: CHDT.) wholly-owned subsidiary, China Pathfinder Fund, L.C. (CPF) has hired Larry Osborne, a 29-year sales veteran of electrical and electronic equipment, to head up the company's generator sales division. China Direct has received numerous inquiries within the past few days about generators and believes that it can ship from manufacturer's inventory in China within seven days. Mr. Osborne's responsibilities will include direct sales to chain stores and setting up a sales network. China Direct and CPF are unable to project possible sales, if any, from this sales initiative, but the company will contribute 2% of any net income from its sale of generators to the Red Cross Hurricane Relief Fund.

Well fortunately for me I got back in HYRF before it ran over .80 cents and finally closed at .96 cents. Wow the strength especially on a Friday afternoon.  Everything worked out just right for me... and for my friend who may be reading this board. The meeting Friday morning went quite well....

I got a feeling EYII is primed to make a huge gap either Monday or Tuesday. Honestly the way the charts are stacking up it has been in an uptrend since June bouncing off an upward trending 50dma. The recent consolidation maintained a higher low than before.

My gut feel is this was all childs play getting ready for the big deal to come to fruition, which seems to be near, especially with HYRF's mfg moves to China and the pps's dramatic increase.  EYII is primed and coilspringed IMHO.

We shall see!!!!

David has been correct in his assertion that there would be a lot of "DD" by other boards this weekend. Pretty intense. Read the logic from one poster;

Seems the HYRF and EYII boards....

are busy today... Many investors are doing their DD this weekend and are ready to hop on board two trains leaving the station. I do believe each company will deliver multi bag returns easy possibly Monday and Tuesday and definitely in the days and months to come... HYRF up 400+% and EYII up 95%. Seems EYII has some catching up to do IMHO, it is a couple days behind HYRF...

Opportunities like these do not turn up every day... This is going to be fun over the coming days and weeks ahead.

My bet is by yearend HYRF will be pushing $5 and EYII will be over $2.... and this is from a purely valuation basis.

I am figuring based on future earnings and a p/e of 25. HYRF does 500 million a year like the CEO states for 2007 and EYII has a piece of that you could see HYRF easily over $20 and EYII over $8 assuming additional dilution takes place, within the next 1 to 2 years. Without further dilution the shareprice could be even higher. That reflects growth of:

HYRF: 20+ times
EYII: 57+ times.
1$ invested in HYRF today can become $20
1$ invested in EYII today can become $57

My gut tells me this will change quickly because EYII will jump percentage wise quite a bit Monday and Tuesday.

Amazing HYRF sitting at .96 cents and EYII at .13 cents.

DNTK in early 2000 ran from .26 cents to 10.50 range in 3 months. We have that potential with HYRF and EYII... The sectors are hot and getting a lot of attention due to hurricane Katrina's devastation.

You will notice the huge winners in the investing game will have a number of events happen in perfect timing to trigger enthusiasm, revenue growth, earnings growth, and of course shareprice appreciation. HYRF and EYII could be getting ready to ride the momentum of all things coming together at the same time to form the perfect storm of growth ......

The strength throughout the day Friday continued to grow through the close of the trading session. Almost a definite sign of good things to come this upcoming week!!!!

There is little to no upward resistance to hold EYII and HYRF down... That means there is major gap potential.

FYI, I am loaded in each stock......

Investors ... Start your engines....lol

(Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long; ST Rating- Strong Buy; LT Rating- Strong Buy)

Monday should indeed be interesting.good luck to all..............

 Too many overenthusiastic projections!!!!

Yes............and we shall soon see who is correct ??

David Randolph

Good morning !

From your feedback and the number of new subscriptions we've had over the weekend I make the conclusion that I really need to pay full attention to this 3 Pennies on Fire Portfolio, the potential is really huge like we've seen on HYRF.OB. Intense research and knowledge is needed and I'm here to provide it, with your help. Thank you for your support, we're very gratefull  :-*

Some of you have suggested me some picks, but unfortunately I wasn't around over the weekend to analyze them and now I have no time. Try posting on the Members Board (for Honours Members only) or on the Penny Stock Picking Board, I'll try to look at them this afternoon. Thank you.

Considering HYRF.OB, the rise on Friday was awesome, it surprised me too, not because the fundamentals don't warrant it (they do, and a lot more, I believe), but because of the speed of the advance.

People didn't want just to buy the stock, they wanted to buy it at any price and right now ! There was no time to wait, and when I see this kind of market action I know a thing is coming: huge positive news !

Let me make my reasoning clear, by topics:

- EYII, which sells HYRF's products (specially the Code Blue filters and pitchers), has signed a letter of intent with a big chinese corporation valued at $210M. This happened on August 12th. The market took a while to see the involvement of HYRF on this deal, just on the next morning the stock opened higher to $0.23. But then the rally fizzled, in fact, EYII which had a 160% rise on August 12th, came down more than 60% over the next couple of weeks. Why? Because it was just a letter of intent and the market was very suspicious of the deal ... it was just too big to be true, a company with just about $10M in market cap making a deal worth $210M. So, the market didn't believe, despite the efforts of the CEO giving interviews, people didn't believe the company (perhaps because it looks like a pyramiding scheme, but I don't think it is, and this business with the Chinese is different).

- Anyway, the news was huge, but EYII couldn't run (also there was a strong resistance at $0.19) and HYRF.OB was rising slowly.

- With the recent news on HYRF, that it is changing production from a company located in Switzerland to a Chinese company, completely transforming its capacity to meet exploding demand from EYII, the market now believes !!!

- Speculation is out that the LOI will turn out to be a real contract, so why would HYRF move production to China and increase it many fold?

- Personnel from EYII that was sent to Hong Kong and China are coming this week to release the news. Considering market action, probably insiders or people with insider information are buying ahead of the news.

- If this contract is indeed signed, we have $210M in revenues coming to EYII from this deal alone (the company has other streams of revenues, Code Blue is a new product, the company sells other health and health care products, like Calorad and Protoseine that will now be sold in the Hong Kong market too and the Code Blue is selling very well in the US too).

- I estimate that if $210M will come to EYII, HYRF will get about 38% of that (that will be part of EYII's cost of sales), or about $80M.

- At current prices, the market cap for EYII is $23M and for HYRF it is $35M, so probably EYII has some catch up to do over the coming days.

- Bottom line is: there's a powerful rumor based on solid developments that a huge deal is coming for these two companies. RULE 22 says Buy the Rumor, Sell the Fact. So I will continue to hold HYRF.OB to sell only when the fact is out.

That's my plan for today, I'll continue to hold HYRF.OB.

A great summary of the action applaud: Some news from HYRF not going to affect the stock price but a gesture of humanitarian support (whilst demonstrating their product)
