Ehos,

Called Dennis, HYRF CEO.
Nothing is Inked.
All projections.
He has not even visited the facility.
I questioned the size being the equivalent of over 1 million square feet.
He wasn't even sure ?
And has heard nothing since the purchase order for the 210 million dollar order when I directly asked him.

Obviously, the market sees it as not being " inked ".

That said, the logical conclusion is that the deals will go through.
But saying it does not get any clearer than that, the market needs it to be officially inked.
Hopefully soon.

Call Dennis with any questions, he is receptive to investors.
Just one opinion, do the research

ehos

Waiting for the deal to be 'inked' would be a mistake I think.  We're here to make profit, and as you can clearly see, the profit is in the rumor.

It's shot up 400%+ on a LOI and projections and whatever else you want to call it.  It's a fact of the market.

When the contract is 'inked' alot of the upside will already be gone (it already is), but there will still be a huge move left (albiet slower).

Right now, for me, it's onto EYII.  It has alot more to move.  Todays downturn was great, it represents the unknown of the market.  Which, always makes more money in the short term than the 'known.'

When the contract is inked, I'm sure it will shoot up and the market will set the price.  Right now, it's like it is.  Specualtion.   It's a penny, that's what we're trying to do, speculate as to where this is going.  Using imperfect information.

I happily took profits from HYRF, and I will happilly hold my EYII to profit.  If the whole deal falls through, then, so be it.  I have my stops in place as should everyone else.

:)

fill_the_gap

Agreed.

The time to buy is prior to the deal.

Just wanted to make sure people knew nothing was official for HYRF and EYII except the minimum samples.

The PR today from EYII was unnecessary.  No need to come out and confirm nothing has happened yet.  Investors can figure that out.  Poor choice by Agora and EYII, imo.
Just one opinion, do the research

ehos

Yup, agree on that.  No news is GREAT news.

If todays 'news' wasn't posted by EYII I think EYII would've really run.  But the post + down day push both stocks down.

Some people took profits on the scare, and some new buyers? We shall see in the next while.

More research done. Wow look at the sell prices for the Code Blue Filter !!!

Code Blue Package, Including Pitcher, Filter, and ToGo    Item Code: CB 000
Price: 328.30   Qty:

Product Description:

Code Blue is a patent, pass through water filtration unit that removes arsenic, ni-trates and many other particulars and contaminants. Code Blue is simple but ad-vanced; reasonable but profound. Code Blue provides the most advanced technology in water filtration today! Our team of scientists have created the FIRST new water filtration breakthrough of the 21st century! They have created a patented material that pulls all contaminants out of water! The Code Blue water systems looks simple, but believe us, looks are deceiving! The Code Blue system is a lean mean arsenic and heavy metal eliminating machine! Code Blue may look like the pitcher that found it-self to your refrigerator. In a world of water poison peril, the old technologies are arming you with a cap gun. Code Blue gives you a laser! Here's a neat way to under-stand the patented Code Blue breakthrough technology... Up until now, the world of water filtration has been ruled by the funnel approach. Make the tip of the funnel smaller and smaller to stop the contaminants! Not bad, but not good enough. The awful little contaminants get craftier all the time and slip through even the smallest funnel! Code Blue works like a sponge not a funnel. The patented Code Blue filter pellets work like magnetic sponges to pull the Arsenic, Chlorine, Nitrates, Mercury and every other awful poison out of your water! Code Blue never misses, Code Blue's technology has Zero Tolerance for contaminants. To us, there is NO acceptable level of Arsenic in your water! Take a look at your Code Blue system. It doesn't get easier than this! No installation. No maintenance. No Pre-treatment. No oxidation staging. No Ph balancing. No moving parts. No reverse contamination. Just clean, tasty, re-freshing water... each and every time!

Even 6 pieces of replacement filter eyii sells for 128.- dollar

Everything (backordered). It means Hyrf needs to produce more filter in China that s going on now or soon....putting the pieces together....30 000 000...ufff!

Take a look at

What a dive we've had on HYRF, I guess on profit taking. Maybe this press release by EYII motivated sellers too:

EYI Industries Inc. Clarifies Letter of Intent with CEIEC

Perhaps the market was disappointed that no deal was effectively signed, but I find information to be quite positive:

«Pursuant to the terms of the LOI, CEIEC agreed commencing in September 2005, subject to further negotiations respecting the terms and price of the purchase orders, to enter into certain purchase commitments to purchase up to 30,000,000 of EYI Industries' Code Blue(tm) water filtration systems (Code Blue(tm)) and to acquire the master agency rights to market and distribute Code Blue(tm) in China.»

30,000,000 Code Blues is a lot ! I was amazed by the retail price EYII is selling Code Blue, it is much higher than what I was originally thinking (thanks for the link ket1390  :)). I see $328.30 for each Code Blue  :o (probably the product has much more technology than we thought, and that's why the way EYII sells it is appropriate).

Say they would sell each Code Blue to CEIEC at 1/10 of the retail price in the US. It would be $32.83. That times 30,000,000 is $984,900,000, much more than the $210M letter of intent  :o

The whole thing is still being negotiated:

«The parties agreed to sign an initial purchase order in September 2005 and CEIEC agreed to purchase not less than $10,000 of the Filtration Systems as samples. The non-binding LOI is subject to the negotiation of a final agreement outlining the terms and price of the purchase orders.

Mr. Dori O'Neill, Essentially Yours Industries (Hong Kong) President and CEO stated, "During my recent trip to Hong Kong, I had the opportunity to meet with CEIEC representatives. Negotiations are ongoing however we have not yet reached a definitive agreement." »

HYRF says this in a recent press release:

«Yesterday's release of information also declared initial production estimates in amounts of up to 1,200 pitchers and 4,000 filters daily; however, after further negotiation and discussion with the manufacturer, these numbers have increased by more than 5 times their original projections. The company today announced that approximately 8,000 pitchers and 25,000 filters will begin the initial daily production goal. The new manufacturer will produce over 2 million pitchers and 6 million filters per year; providing the company more opportunity for order fulfillment than ever before.»

It looks it's still not enough, if everything goes through.

Anyway, the stock is up and down a lot, but I'm 200% ahead on my investment. I'm confortably sitting on a big profit, so the difficult part of the trade has gone now. This will be a very profitable trade, whatever happens (well, not whatever happens, but at this phase I will sell at least with 100% profit, if $0.37 is reached - I don't think so).

I admit I was a pig not selling at $1 when I had a 400% plus profit in just a few days. But that's the past, and at this point I'm not selling, I believe the stock will rise a lot more, even beyond $1 or $2 in the near future.

I will continue to hold HYRF.OB.

Ultra Choice Water Selects U.S. Manufacturer of New Product Line
Wednesday September 14, 8:00 am ET

RALEIGH, NC--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 14, 2005 -- Ultra Choice Water, Inc. (UCW), the fourth portfolio company of HydroFlo, Inc. (OTC BB:HYRF.OB - News), today confirmed an official agreement with a U.S. manufacturer to provide the company with their initial shipment of household water filtration units.

Approximately 800 Counter-Top and Under-Sink Units are expected to arrive at the UCW distribution center in Apex, N.C., in October. The units themselves are recyclable to fulfill HydroFlo's continued commitment to maintaining a clean environment. The new systems filter water directly from any household sink, and each unit can be fitted with a pre-filtration system to extend its life. They remove the first layer of sediment to ensure the purification units work to maximum capacity.

UCW Chief Operating Officer, Deanna Britt, was extremely pleased about the recent contract, "UCW will now be able to offer water filtration products to all customers. We are looking forward to fulfilling the numerous orders already pending within our database, and to receiving many more over the coming years."

The first systems are set to retail at approximately $150.00 per unit and will be featured on the UCW website, which is currently under construction. The website, upon completion can be accessed at www.ultrachoicewaterinc.com. These products are set to go on sale by November of this year.

Dennis L. Mast, Chief Executive Officer of HydroFlo, explains his concern for the lack of manufacturing jobs in the United States. He states his desire to place job opportunities both in this country as well as abroad, "Manufacturing jobs have constantly been outsourced to foreign nations, depleting the base of work in the U.S. Few large manufacturing contracts are even offered to U.S. product developers. It is my goal to bring jobs back to this country, as well as spread opportunities worldwide."

HydroFlo (http://www.hydroflo.us) is a Business Development Company, as defined by the Investment Act of 1940. Headquartered in Apex, North Carolina, HydroFlo's core focus is to seek out synergistic acquisitions that will provide capital appreciation and income from its portfolio companies. The mission of HydroFlo, Inc. is to acquire and develop innovative technologies and businesses that will improve the quality of water throughout the world by means of detection, treatment, and removal of contaminants. By so doing, our most precious resource can be rendered safe and abundantly available for all future generations, and thereby, improve the quality of life on Earth.

David it seems the price of 328.20 is a package price including 4 pitchers 1 togo 4 Filters. It   is around 69 dollar for each blue code filter in the store. I also think It depends what kind of a package they are selling to china. (this 30 000 000 pieces)

It seems like HYRF is the one that was doing the catching up.

EYII seems to set the trend then HYRF is following through.
