MARTI Distributor Signs Guaranteed 2 Year $42 Million Agreement With Chinese Distribution Company

I took a little off the table for a nice 422% profit...I had to do it when I saw the number 422%...422fwhp...no brainer...jk  Seriously, I sold less than 1/5 of my position but have already made back my initial investment and then some.  And I say, THANK YOU!  Applaud again.

Those were great news for HYRF and the stock jumped 22% yesterday. HYRF's CEO said his company will get 70% of the deal with CEIEC, so, the price of each product being $20, HYRF will receive from EYII $14 for each Code Blue Water Filtration System sold to CEIEC.

HYRF then has the production costs, which we still don't know how much they will be, but the move the company made changing production from Switzerland to China will without a doubt increase HYRF's profit margin.

This is for the deal with CEIEC alone. CEIEC has a big quantity discount from EYII, so the profit margin is lower in this case for EYII. But for other costumers EYII sells the product at prices ranging from $40 to $70.

Let's imagine HYRF will be able to produce Code Blues at $7 each (probably they will be able to do it at a lower cost, but let's be conservative). They make a profit of $7 on each unit sold.

CEIEC must purchase a minimum of 4,000,000 filters in 2006 and another 4,000,000 in 2007, but this number can rise to more than 30,000,000. Anyway, 4,000,000*$7 = $28,000,000 in profits from this deal alone for HYRF.OB in 2006 and 2007. The market cap of the company is $35.4M, so the very conservative P/E Ratio of the company for 2006 is 1.26  :o

There's no doubt, HYRF.OB will continue to sky rocket in the coming days and weeks.

Alrighty there all,

Well we may be pulling back a bit today, but have no fear methinks, all looks good.  Todays low at .80 filled yesterdays gap up perfectly and also bounced off the 9 ema and a new ascending trendline. Does anyone else think we may have an ascending triangle breakout forming here??  Chart and indicators all look positive, and I think if it happens we can be assured of volume. :)

As there are lots of people riding on this one, any further comments on TA for the short term?

Here's the chart:

I have a question scottishtrader.

How do you post an *annotated* chart?

TIA...Jody

David Randolph

I don't see the ascending triangle formation ScottishTrader, but I think the gap comment is important. Just think of what happened the last time HYRF.OB came down to close an open gap ... it looks like the market maker doesn't want to leave gaps opened as this stock makes a perfect bullish rise.

I believe, given the fundamentals, it is just a matter of time for HYRF.OB to break $1 on the upside and continue higher, this is still just a $31M company.

You just click on additional options, then browse and select an image on the .gif format with the chart. Then click post. ScottishTrader got his chart from www.stockcharts.com, I have the Metastock software for charting purposes (and other, like exploring and filtering the market).

Let me rephrase...

How does one SAVE an annotated chart?  I can save/post a normal chart but can't seem to find a save option for the annotated chart...

TIA...Jody

hi,
you should be able to right click on your chart and it will say "save" or "save as" and then you can decide which folder you want to put it in. this is also in "file" top left hand corner of your screen.

Only works if you have a subscription. Otherwise press 'print screen' and open the card in a picture programme and save as ....

I see profit taking on extremely low volume. $0.80 held on close, which is a positive. Now the future can play out both ways:

1) The stock breaks $0.80 on the downside and many people will perceive it as a buying opportunity, because that's what it clearly is, based on fundamentals.
2) The stock breaks $1 on the upside and everybody will be chasing it higher because they don't want to miss the next big move.

Either way, the only way is up for HYRF.OB.

I have an usual request:

Can you and Ramsburg put their pictures somewhere on the site.

HydroFlo Files Extension for Filing of Annual Report to Allow for New Asset Valuation in Wake of $42 Million MARTI Agreement
Friday September 30, 8:30 am ET

RALEIGH, NC--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 30, 2005 -- HydroFlo, Inc. (OTC BB:HYRF.OB - News) CEO Dennis Mast today issued a comment regarding the Company's Notice of a Late Filing of Form 10-K filed on September 28, 2005. As a result of the recent two-year $42 million agreement that portfolio company Metals & Arsenic Removal Technology, Inc. (MARTI) received from a Chinese distribution company, HydroFlo's Board of Directors believes that the Company should seek a new independent valuation of the Company's portfolio assets.

"An agreement of this magnitude, which we have valued at over $210 million over the next two years, is so significant that the Board feels that an independent valuation of our portfolio assets is in order before our Annual Report is filed," stated Mr. Mast. "While it is clear that the contract will significantly increase the value of MARTI, the Board would like an independent verification before we calculate how much our per share net asset value has grown."

"The Notice of a Late Filing gives the Company an additional 15 days to submit the 10-K without consequence, and we expect to have the valuation completed in time to include in this Annual Report," added Mr. Mast.

ok, now we're talking,

this re-evaluation should send things through the roof.  Once investors realise how much HYRF is actually worth, compared to what it is trading at, I'm sure we shall see some serious upside movement.  2 weeks is not long to wait for this, and while I doubled my position at around .90, I'm sure that this will prove to be a wise investment.

HYRF should be a long term hold into next year

Go Go Go ;D

P.S.  I hope eveyone is having a nice morning, it's beautiful and sunny where I'm sitting  :)

Here wild fires ring the city.  Ashes of sycamore and pine have been falling for days like a summer snowstorm dusting car roofs and lawns with a fine coating of ash and turning the sky a Jupeterian orange.

I sold out of HYRF in the 90's on it first run up.  But this new news makes me think of going back in.

I sold out of CWPC at 1.86.  Today it hit 2.50 intra day.

Do you really want that? lol, of course, no problem  :) I'll ask Ramsburg to put some pictures of us on the website.

Thanks for posting the news 422fwhp, that's a good motive to delay a 10-Q filing  :):

Technically the stock is making a base for a bullish move, it even made a nice and mostly unknown candlestick pattern, the 3 Stars in The South:

«This pattern shows a downtrend slowly deteriorating with less and less daily price movement and consecutively higher lows. The long lower shadow on the first day is critical to this pattern because it is the first sign of buying enthusiasm. The next day open higher, trades lower, but does not go lower than the previous day's low. This second day also closes off of its low. The third day is a black marubozu and is engulfed by the previous day's range».

Of course we need some flexibility here, but that's the pattern. Confirmation is suggested and maybe that will come today with a white candle from HYRF.OB.
