I understand that everybody is bitter when losing money but my HYRF experience tells me that a retail trader is completely unprotected from stock manipulation in OTC world.

So... HYRF management pumped every deal in their PRs and one day they say "Well... actually that deal wasn't really that big... neither was this one or this one.." and the stock plummets 50% next morning!
I sent an email/called a whole bunch of law firms and nobody wants to take action on a "penny" stock (for all of them it means < $5).

So the moral of the story is - be careful with OTC stocks but even if something happens out of your control... well, be ready to lose all of your money invested.
I still cannot believe it happens every day and nobody can do anything about it? What will stop them or anybody else in the future to lie about every single deal!? They can keep issuing false/pumped PRs and make money on people that believe in them..

Unbelivable..

P.S. Terlisa, I use Ameritrade and they don't allow stop orders on OTC stocks.

Heck:
I got lucky and got out on the right side of the HYRF scam  - - -  but -- there have plenty of scams where the scammers took me bad - NT - CHTR - AXYX - others too - - -
Clem and Effie and me was a talken and we jest might find some chicken wire and cement blocks and see if them  tinhorn scumdogs will float.

We don't like thieves or revenuers (big thieves)

I'm gonna get on that one too - lost over $3000 - so worth trying to get something back.  We'll see what happens, but someone has got to be held accountable for this.  Will be interestging to see how it pans out... ???

Here is the link to the document detailing the class action suit if anyone is interested in reading further

Yes!
Very good la-onda. Applaud.
I was getting really frustrated with a whole bunch of law firms that didn't have any interest in this case since it's a "penny" company.
I lost a lot - around 7k and this is definitely something I'm looking for. I just feel much better knowing that HYRF management will face some penalties for all the lies they put out and financial damage they caused to a lot of investors.

Update: Joined the class action and hoping for at least some recovery.

Suffer HYRF!!  >:( >:(

Thank you for the info. I just joined the class action.

I don't care whether or not I can get the momey back. But the management team must be punished by their cheating. I am glad to see the Law Firm taking quick actions.

HYRF.OB and EYII.OB are the two biggest losses for me this year. Without those two losses, my portfolio return will be over 80% by now.

Hi friends,
I'm not an expert in the suits. I tried to read documents in the http://www.rosenlegal.com, but it's not my field  :-[

Can anybody say me, how much I'll pay If I'll join the class action and we will win the suit?
And how much I'll pay if we will fail in a suit?  ???

Thanks in advance,
Gregory

What are the Costs and Expenses for me?

Costs and Expenses of the lawsuit are usually advanced by the law firms prosecuting on behalf of the Class. Our firm works on a contingent fee basis. That means we will ask the court to grant us reimbursement of our out-of-pocket expenses and attorneys' fees -- usually a percentage of the total recovery -- only if we are successful.

So in other words - they get paid only if they win the case and if not they don't get anything nor you have to pay. That's the reason why a lot of these law firms I contacted didn't want to accept the case since they are not sure they can win.

Thank you OneStockMind for the lucid explanation,

I'll join the class action today.

Good luck for all of us.

Does anyone know why HYRF's ticker was changed to HYRFE?

Not quite sure what this means, but it (and the lawsuit) certainly seemed to have had an effect on the pps, breaking the previous lows of .205-.21.  EYII is also hitting new lows below .025.

All confidence seems to be lost in both of them  :-[

I think the E was added because of being late on an SEC filing, thats in the back of my brain somewhere.  I hope someone can confirm.
