DNAPrint genomics' Business Partner Biofrontera AG Completes 20 Million Euro Bond Placement
Tuesday September 6, 7:00 am ET

SARASOTA, Fla., Sept. 6, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- DNAPrint(tm) genomics, Inc. (OTC BB:DNAG.OB - News), which holds an 18% stake in German pharmaceutical company Biofrontera AG, today announced that Biofrontera has completed a 20 million euro bond placement.

The bonds began trading on the Frankfurt exchange on Wednesday, August 31, under the symbol (ISIN DE 000 A0E 964 9). If Biofrontera completes a public offering in the future, each purchaser in the offering at 100 euros can convert to 6.2 shares of Biofrontera stock. This conversion rate attributes a price of 16.13 euros per share to the Biofrontera common shares. If this accurately represents the fair market value of the Biofrontera common stock, then DNAPrint's 455,179 shares of Biofrontera stock, which it acquired for 1.5 million euros in July 2005, would now be valued at approximately 7.3 million euros.

``We believe our investment in Biofrontera will prove to be beneficial to DNAPrint genomics and to our shareholders,'' said DNAPrint genomics President and Chief Executive Officer Richard Gabriel. ``It validates our decision to build a collaborative relationship with Biofrontera in advance of its anticipated initial public offering.''

``Biofrontera is an excellent business partner for us because of its drug-product pipeline,'' said Hector J. Gomez, Ph.D., Chairman and Chief Medical Officer at DNAPrint genomics. ``We are pleased with our relationship with Biofrontera, and we have the highest confidence in its management team. We are confident the new funding will assist Biofrontera in advancing its drugs into the market.''

Mr. Gabriel and Dr. Gomez both are members of Biofrontera's Board of Directors.

``DNAPrint genomics, Inc. and its support were crucial to our securing this new financing,'' said Prof. Hermann Lubbert, Chief Executive Officer of Biofrontera AG. ``We look forward to building our relationship with DNAPrint and believe that the synergy of the two companies and their technologies may offer a faster, cheaper and more effective way to develop drugs,'' he concluded.

Biofrontera already is in Phase II clinical trials for its lead product, an anti-itch compound for chronic Urticaria, or chronic itching. It also has a Phase II clinical trial compound for pre-cancerous skin lesions. In addition, Biofrontera has advanced several compounds to pre-clinical development, including a novel prophylactic migraine treatment.

In my only post on here this is one of my big picks for future. Hold it for several years. This and BLYC.ob

Though the DNAG might have more potential once they get the drugs on market. Look at what
Genentech Inc. (DNA)
did.

$41-$94 in less then 1 year. Once DNAG gets the ball rolling. It will skyrocket up so fast you won't be able to get in anymore.

Buy it when people bash the stock. That is only chance to get it for pennies.

Hey Iamtheman,  Looks oversold.  What do you know about the company?  Looks interesting to me.  Any info would be appreciated.

Thx

Opened a position at $.0257.  ;)  I agree that the stock is oversold.  The company is loosing money, but something big must be brewing.

A 20 Million Euro Bond Placement for Biofrontera is significant and DNA Print has an 18% stake in Biofrontera, which may have a public offering.

"If Biofrontera completes a public offering in the future, each purchaser in the offering at 100 euros can convert to 6.2 shares of Biofrontera stock".

This is a lot of seed money.  They must have a high expectation of Biofrontera having a public offering.

IMO  This would cause DNAG stock to greatly appreciate from it's puny $1.8MM market cap.

Looking at the RSI this should bounce any day now, why oversold so I am in tommorrow morning.  >:D  Going to play the bounce.  My predition on this will be .10-.12 cents bouncing through through.

I bought this stock at an average of 0.22 before DNAG split 20-1. Then the price slipped down to as low as 0.065. Now it is climbing up. Do you think that this stock will go as high as 0.12 or would it at least go back to its original 0.22.

TIA
Have a nice and profitable day

Higherstocks,

Do you think this will go higher than its initial 0.22 in the coming weeks? As I said I bought it before the split of 20 to 1 and that was low at that time. I just want to know if it will regain at least its original value.

Thanks for all your help.

Im not sure but I do know that this is way oversold.  If I were you I would buy more at this level and really bank.  Nothing is 100% but when I see RSI so low it is almost a given that when it does rebound it will explode.

Thanks for the great advice. Monday morning I will get more at this low price then if and when it goes to say 0.18 it will balance out and make a profit.

Thank you again. I really appreciate your help and prompt response.
