No slams here, everyone has more to learn.  I still have alot to learn especailly on technical analysis. SNHY is a very good company, it is #27 on IBD's 100 list. But according to them, it is about 48% extended from a proper buy point of of 27.81 when it broke out of a 4 weeks tight pattern just last month. IBD only reccomends buying them when breaking out of a sound base on volume along with other factors.

I would have to think you are risking that there will be more correction coming, especially after yesterdays ugly red candle on very high volume. Hope I helped some.

This is an earnings run. I also sense that a slow short squeeze is on the way. Buying in the $30s can easily be justified, just don't take the whole position at once. I recommend buying by parts.

thanx.  I did buy only a portion in case of a short squeeze directly after the 10% drop yesterday.  It's already up 4.5% since my purchase yesterday @ 37.95 (currently 39.71).  After my experience w/ TNH last week I'm setting a stop order so that I stay in the positive.

Google short squeeze. You sound confused. A short squeeze is what we (longs) want.

The rule is to search the ticker symbol and reply to the old thread instead of starting a new one if the stock had been discussed before.
