Everything else looks good. Tungsten's not so glamorous as gold but I still believe in commodoties and China's demand thereof.
No matter what, I think it's a good med term play.

PCFG Corporate Update
2:36 p.m.  11/30/2005   Provided by
TORONTO, Nov 30, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Pacific Gold Corp. (PCFG) today provided updates on the status of its projects at Nevada Rae's Black Rock Canyon mine, Fernley Gold, and Project W, as well as the Company's recent financing activities.
Black Rock Canyon Mine
Pacific Gold Corp. has made steady progress on the construction of the main building and mill at the Black Rock Canyon mine near Crescent Valley, Nevada.
Building No. 1 which houses the mill's screen plant, gold room and staff area, is now complete, and the interior finishing (i.e., plumbing and electrical) is underway. The Company's electrical contractors are on-site on a daily basis, and the electrical power hook-up and wiring is expected to be completed by the middle of December.
The JCI screen plant has been installed, and the Company's work crew is completing fabrication and installation of the gravel processing equipment.
The large main pit and retaining wall where the gravels will be deposited by the haul trucks has now been completed. The Company has received delivery of its vibrating grizzly feeder and hopper extension. Both of these major pieces of the mill are scheduled for installation this week.
Remaining work in progress includes: plumbing of the plant and facilities (including pump and pipe installation); positioning of the remaining plant equipment; road work; security requirements; and safety policies, training, and MSHA inspections.
Additionally, the first mining block of gravels has been stripped and prepared for excavation. To-date, approximately 5,000 yards of gravels has been stockpiled for pre-production testing of the plant, with plans to move into full-production early in the new year.
In October and November 2005, the Company experienced a delay in completion of the building construction, resulting from a shortage of qualified skilled labor in the region, and more recently poor weather conditions. As a result of the recent delays, and the fact that the holiday season is fast-approaching, the Company is now expecting the official start of production at the Black Rock Canyon mine during the first quarter of 2006.
Pictures of the construction progress at the Black Rock Canyon mine are available for viewing on the Company's website at;

    Fernley Gold
Fernley Gold is pleased to announce that it has been granted a testing permit for the Lower Olinghouse Placers, located in north-western Nevada. Fernley Gold estimates 445,000 ounces of gold resource in proven, probable and inferred reserves. The objective is to undertake a sampling program that can provide valuable information to Fernley Gold, in conjunction with the submission of a full Plan of Operations in 2006. The testing is expected to be completed in the spring of 2006.
Project W
Pilot Mountain Resources is in the planning process for updating its feasibility study and determining an effective plan of action for Project W, located in north-central Nevada.
Financing Activities
Pacific Gold Corp. is actively seeking additional financing to fund the next phases of its business plan. It currently does not have any sources of financing and has not determined the nature of any financing which may include loans and sales of debt and equity securities. The Company is seeking up to $2 million to update the Project W feasibility study, additional acquisitions and for general working capital.

    Nevada Rae Gold
    ---------------

The Company announced today that it has received Delivery of the fourth and fifth Komatsu 785-3 haul trucks. The Company is currently working with Komatsu to put the trucks into service as quickly as possible. Each Komatsu 785-3 allows for 70 yards of gravels to be hauled in a single load vs. 25 yards per load with the previously operated CAT D400 trucks. The new trucks are also better suited for the conditions of the haul from the pit to the main mill site. The Company has sold its fleet of CAT D400's.
Nevada Rae has also completed the installation of a new trommel screen into the circuit of the main screening plant. This work took about 1 month to complete and is expected allow for a better washing of the gravels from the main pit which the Company hopes will improve gold recovery.
In October, the Company completed a seismic survey of the main pit which showed a much larger potential zone of gold bearing materials. These additional areas are of a material, which has been labeled as a "mud flow", not previously identified in past geologist reports. Currently the Company is testing these new areas to determine the gold grades. The potential exists that the entire deposit size is much larger than previously thought and the Company is making plant modifications to deal with this opportunity if available.

    Pilot Mountain Resources
    ------------------------

The Company is currently analyzing recent test results on possible gravity recovery methods for the deposit and plans to begin additional work at Project W in 2007.
Additionally the claims for Project W have now been transferred into the name of the Company.

Pacific Gold Corp. Receives 'Buy/4' Rating In Initial 'Benchmark' Report By Investrend Research Analyst James P.W. Darcel
Monday June 18, 8:42 am ET

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--(Investrend Research Syndicate) In his initial "Benchmark" Report dated June 15, 2007, citing imminent, sustainable gold production as well as an undervalued stock price, Investrend Research analyst James P.W. Darcel, CFA, has issued a "Buy" Rating for Pacific Gold Corp (OTCBB: PCFG - News).

The full Investrend report on PCFG, including important disclosures, disclaimers and analyst qualifications is available at http://www.investrendresearch.com , or may be directly accessed via this link: http://www.investrend.com/Admin/Topics/Articles/Resources/219_ 1182169000.pdf . (Due to its length, this URL may need to be copied/pasted into your Internet browser's address field. Remove the extra space if one exists.) Investors are advised to read disclosures carefully before trading in the equities of any enrolled company. In the report, analyst Darcel also stated:

"The company has just installed and successfully tested new equipment at its flagship operation, Black Rock Canyon Mine which should result in an imminent and reasonably steady, initial production of more than 3,200 Troy oz. of Gold per quarter, at an estimated selling price of 85% of market (refiners discount).

"The company's gold recovery process at Black Rock uses no chemicals and implements concurrent reclamation of processed gravel resulting in minimal environmental disruption.

"Based on discussion with management, production costs are expected to be between $175 and $250 per oz.

"General and administrative expenses are expected to be around $180,000 per quarter.

"The company is expecting to add a second shift to double production in 2008, subject to regulatory approval.

"The company is low on cash, but operating cashflow and receipt of the remaining proceeds of a recent financing should be sufficient for the company to meet its financial obligations and for its subsidiaries to operate (Nevada Rae) and continue exploration of other projects and properties.

"PCFG stock is trading at around $0.20, which may represent about 4.0x diluted E.P.S. (as a running rate based on anticipated operations after July 1, 2007)."
