Thanks Boatguy for the concern. I cant say if insider selling is good or bad. I have seen insider selling the stock and then a good development in company, stock rising and insider selling with company stock taking it. ( Both ways).

Its up 3% and trading stuck between 0.382 and 0.39 with vol 150K.

Any comments from someone else appreciated.

Hi dhriaj19
Just seen you're post and thought i would comment. Don't know nothing about XSNX but when an insider sell's it is possible the reason for the spike might be from the selling. As long as their is selling and buyers willing to buy it will go up. And when their is no more sellers the price will begin to go back down. If the insider is trying to dump a tremendous amount of shares it will increase till he has sold all he is going to sell. This is something you will want to consider. I consider it a very risky stock if insiders are selling. You may not find out the reason till it's to late to make an exit before you lose.

Thanks for the community advice. I exited at 0.36 today morning but should have waited couple of hours more for 10% gain. Today it is directionless.

Now looking again for 0.30 range stock or $1.00 stock.

Here is a recent article from Business 2.0 last month:

Solar Power's Really Sticky App
By Meredith Sadin,  November 28, 2005

Most solar panels are bulky, pricey, and difficult to
install. But imagine if you could turn windows -- or
entire skyscrapers -- into solar power generators.
That's the goal of XsunX, a startup in Aliso Viejo,
Calif., that has invented a way to stick
semitransparent solar cells on plastic film, which manufacturers can use to transform ordinary windows into PowerGlass. "It's like a power-plant skin on a building," says XsunX CEO and president Tom Djokovich.

XsunX's amorphous silicon solar cells aren't more
efficient -- they convert just 6 percent of light
energy that hits them into electricity, compared with
15 percent for traditional silicon cells. They are,
however, more versatile: A 20-story building has about
10 times more space for PowerGlass than it does for
roof panels. That puts XsunX on the cutting edge of a
trend in the $7 billion solar industry called building-integrated photovoltaics, or BIPV. "We're seeing a revolution where solar is disappearing into the building," says Ron Pernick, co-founder of energy research firm Clean Edge. Next year, XsunX plans to begin selling its manufacturing technology to glass and optical-film makers and collecting licensing fees and royalties. Meanwhile, a firm called Iowa Thin Film Technologies has released solar-film radios and tents, and it's now developing opaque BIPV products for roofs. But as the only company making see-through cells for windows, XsunX can envision a bright future ahead.

A tiny high-tech company, which won the 2005 World Technology Award, just unlocked one of the largest sources of energy ever.

They developed a glass window that acts like a solar panel. The window captures sunlight then quickly converts it into energy.

Whether it's your home or a 40-story skyscraper, this window can heat or cool the building!

The company is incredibly small... trading for a market capitalization of just $47 million. But I think it'll be a billion dollar company within 3 years.

This is from Wealth Daily:
The company only has one employee according to Yahoo.

Dear reader:

A tiny high-tech company in California just unlocked one of the largest sources of energy anywhere on Earth.

To give you an idea how much energy is at this company's fingertips, its systems could eventually capture more energy in a single month than Saudi Arabia will produce in the next 50 years!

The breakthrough is something called a solar window.

A "solar window" looks like a regular window you'd see in a typical office building. In fact, you can't tell the difference between the 2.

Except there's one huge difference. The solar window, which won the 2005 World Technology Award, contains tiny solar film that captures sunlight, converts it into energy, and uses the energy to heat or cool your room.

The invention is blockbuster, and could literally change the way we use energy forever.

The Birth of a New Industry: Endless Energy
Many think this window will single-handedly transform the energy market, making electric utility companies nearly obsolete. similar to what the PC and Windows did to typewriter companies like Brother and Smith Corona.

XsunX Adds New Manufacturers to Products Development Program
Thursday December 1, 9:00 am ET
Expansion Marks Continued Progress in Business Development for XsunX

ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Dec. 1, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- XsunX, Inc. (OTC BB:XSNX.OB - News), developer of Power Glass(TM) -- an innovative thin film solar technology that allows glass windows to produce electricity from the power of the sun, announced today that it has expanded the number of product development relationships it has with manufacturers of glass and thin films products.

This expansion is part of a program launched in May in which the Company began working with a select number of manufacturers in the glass, thin films and automotive industries whose creativity and innovative ideas could help drive the development of exciting applications for Power Glass(TM) photovoltaic thin films. The Company is providing these manufacturers with samples of Power Glass thin films and plans to adapt the on-going results of these working relationships into its manufacturing process line to meet the needs of its future licensees.

``It is exciting working with manufacturers and seeing how they envision the use of our Power Glass films in their products to bring additional function and value to their product line,'' stated Tom Djokovich, CEO of XsunX. ``Working with manufacturers also marked the expansion for us from pure R&D operations into the business development arena. Although we still have more work to complete before we can begin licensing efforts, our entire team is committed to driving these product development tests into revenue producing relationships as soon as possible,'' concluded Mr. Djokovich.

outstanding volume and a strong close today -- looks like the run on XSNX is not over yet...

XSNX opened strong again today, but the profit taking has overcome the buying so far.  i took my profits at .605, and will watch to see if there is a nice entry point during consolidation.

You think there will be a retrace to .51?

XsunX, Inc. Secures $5 Million Financing

12 December 2005, 6:28pm ET

ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Dec. 12, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- XsunX, Inc. (OTCBB:XSNX), developer of Power Glass(tm) -- an innovative thin film solar technology that allows glass windows to produce electricity from the power of the sun, announced today that it has accepted $5,000,000 in financing from Cornell Capital Partners, LP to help drive the continued development and growth of the Company.

Under the agreement signed today, December 12, 2005, Cornell has committed to provide $5 million of funding in the form of Secured Convertible Debentures. The Company received $2 million at the time of signing with an additional $2 million to be advanced prior to the filing of a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in connection with the transaction, and a final $1 million upon effectiveness of the registration statement. The $5 million dollar debentures are in addition to a previous debenture of $850,000 sold to Cornell.

Under the terms of the new financing, the Company would begin receiving the influx of growth capital immediately allowing for a more rapid acceleration of R&D and the initiation of business development efforts. The additional $5 million committed by Cornell Capital obviates the need for an Equity Distribution Agreement, or SEDA, that the Company and Cornell had entered into previously. The SEDA was terminated prior to the issuance of this new debenture.

"Since the launch of our drive to commercialize innovative new types of solar cell designs and manufacturing processes, we have been fortunate in establishing strong relationships with world class partners," stated Tom M. Djokovich, Chief Executive Officer of XsunX, Inc. "With MVSystems, Inc., our technology development partner, we have made significant progress in product development, and expanded our intellectual property assets. In June we gained Cornell Capital as a strong partner in the area of finance and with Cornell's newly added $5 million dollar commitment we now have an opportunity to accelerate various aspects of our business plan in efforts to bring our technologies to market as soon as possible," concluded Mr. Djokovich.

"We are pleased with what we have seen in the performance of XsunX and that of its development partner, MVSystems, Inc.," stated Mr. David Ratzker, V.P. Corporate Finance of Cornell Capital, LP. "This has allowed us to significantly increase our cash commitment with the Company."

Cornell is well known for shorting and its toxic financing  >:D.

Also Cornell has been under the SEC investigation for this reason.
"...Cornell Capital Partners, a hedge fund that specializes in finance for ailing penny-stock companies, is being investigated by securities regulators for its trading activity in shares of nine companies..."
http://www.thestreet.com/markets/matthewgoldstein/10255157.html

Is it just the coincidence, that just after a few days of the announcement of the financing deal with Cornell, the XSNX has been added to the naked short list?"
