The meeting to issue the name change, etc. is today.  McMillan says 2-3 deals in 2006.  It can rise quickly at any time with the MM's.  The number of shares is an issue along with Cornell.  But a trade from this level may still work as publicity comes to surface.  I remember the 160% day and think a nice return from here is worth a chance.  I got in much higher and could not sell as there was light volume.  So going to hopefully ride it up over .003.  ;)

Hawk is great at pumping up a company.  Go back on all of the companies they represent.  Multiple bags on the run up.  Then they come back down.  I am in this for the ride up.  It is just beginning.

This is great as long as you get in and out at the correct time.   ;)

* I am adding here because of Hawk.  Let the PR spin develop.

Hi Fill the gap,

I'm ready for some company pumping ;)

I never got out of CESY and still are at a 35% loss  :-[  I look at pennies basically as a loss. I either step out with a good profit or keep them. I only put in little per pick so my loss is limited but the gains as we know can be multiple. This 'strategy' on total brought me a nice profit over 2005 of app. 28% on my penny picks. On average $ 10.000 invested. GZFX was the last great one.

Well, I'll be watching CESY closely with you and the efforts of Hawk  ;D

Great trading,
Amarens

Tom,

As a shareholder, recent events are in serious question.

- What is happening with the BDC status? The delay?

It was announced in December that BDC status had been eliminated

- What tangible progress are you making as a company?

We are working on a number of deals..stay tuned. We have assembled a world class board of individuals who have successfully invested billions of dollars

- You still going to complete a deal(s) in the first quarter as stated?

That is our plan

(it is of the highest importance to follow through and keep your word with investors)

- The ticker issue does not add up. What is happening with the symbol issue?

Waiting on NASDAQ...will happen at the latest next week

I presume you were an investor prior to my arrival. If so, the "cows were already out of the barn" with respect to this company. I am not responsible for the past. We are steadily making progress...Hope to have good news soon..Thanks for your interest Tom McMillen

(OTC Bulletin Board: HMSC), a company focused on acquiring, developing and consolidating homeland security-related businesses, announced that its ticker symbol has been changed from CESY to HMSC effective today.

C. Thomas McMillen, chairman and CEO of Homeland Security Capital, said, "This symbol change is a natural progression resulting from our official name change from Celerity Systems. This is another step forward as a public company and supports our new strategy. This should remove any confusion arising from the previous ticker/company name disparity."

Sir,

Several people bought in on this when it was in the 3Pennies Portfolio.

Tom McMillan bought the shell in a deal with Cornell.

Cornell has roughly 800 million shares and Tom 1-1.5 Billion cost average .002.

Celerity was a shell with 5 billion shares.  Tom just authorized many billions.  He claims they are for deals.

It has been sitting here at this level for quite some time.

I have held all this time simply because I have too many shares to get out with no volume without tanking the price.

So the plan is to have him announce a deal or 2 and then sell with some volume.

It is a pure trade and not an investment.

It ran over .003 not too long ago, so a nice return is possible from here.  Who knows.
But read the thread and you will learn some.

But it is a new company as of today with the ticker.  Watch the CEO video, etc.

He is not doing a Reverse Split at this time.  And there has not been any selling pressure for a few months.  Cornell and Tom will not dump here.

So I am in for the pump job coming, imho.

Glad to finally be out at .004 for a very nice gain.

Had to hold for months because there had not been any volume.
I felt like the only shareholder for the past few months.   ;D

The combination of 25 Billion Authorized shares and Cornell is a toxic combination.

Per my past notes on the CESY thread, I am now out of the CESY-HMSC jail.

Traders are lined up, so no telling how it will trade from here.  But fundamentally speaking, it makes little sense.

Good Luck.
