Hawk is great at pumping up a company.  Go back on all of the companies they represent.  Multiple bags on the run up.  Then they come back down.  I am in this for the ride up.  It is just beginning.

This is great as long as you get in and out at the correct time.   ;)

* I am adding here because of Hawk.  Let the PR spin develop.

Tom,

As a shareholder, recent events are in serious question.

- What is happening with the BDC status? The delay?

It was announced in December that BDC status had been eliminated

- What tangible progress are you making as a company?

We are working on a number of deals..stay tuned. We have assembled a world class board of individuals who have successfully invested billions of dollars

- You still going to complete a deal(s) in the first quarter as stated?

That is our plan

(it is of the highest importance to follow through and keep your word with investors)

- The ticker issue does not add up. What is happening with the symbol issue?

Waiting on NASDAQ...will happen at the latest next week

I presume you were an investor prior to my arrival. If so, the "cows were already out of the barn" with respect to this company. I am not responsible for the past. We are steadily making progress...Hope to have good news soon..Thanks for your interest Tom McMillen

well new ticker and new pr firm but not moving yet.  hope it does soon on the upside.  might want to add new ticker on the subject heading.

twodachsie

I'm still holding HISC from last June when they were at .108. HISC  just announced they're looking into a possible merger/acquisition.  I'm wondering if CESY might be a player. Seems like a fit to me. Any thoughts?

HMSC has been a nice trading stock.

Worth a look as they also use Hawk Associates as a PR firm.  The CEO is very interested in moving the stock price.

It should never be an investment, but you can do very well trading HMSC at the correct levels.
