i really think these spikes hold less punch currently, the o/s is now stretching 190mill as anticipated last fall. the fact is that there is much more shares at play here then when it was dancing around .25+ last year.
This aside i can say MBAH looks to have traded technically perfect from it's inception, a good case review as to how an OTC stock should come to market, along with the monster % on both sides of the play for the knowledgeable player. Also if this baby does run to the glory days again, wow what a show it will be to watch

MBAH Announces Stock Dividend Plan 

SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/19/05 -- MBA Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: MBAH) announces
details of its 1:200 stock dividend scheduled for November 25th, 2005.


The MBAH Board of Directors accepted and approved a proposal by MBAH CEO
Gaylen Brotherson that calls for Mr. Brotherson to return the same amount
of his personal escrowed shares to replace what the company issues for the
1:200 November 25th stock dividend.





The Brotherson Share Return Plan will be completed immediately following

Getting a bounce now. Volume back above the avg.

Don't forget -- the dividend of extra shares was awarded to holders on record as of 11-26-05.  So, not only would the share price move downward, as with normal dividends, but it looks like a bunch of people sold ... as speculated upon before, it is likely people held tight to get the dividend, but after getting the extra shares there was less reason to hold... result: selloff.

Anyway, keep this in mind when looking at these large price moves... the share dividend on 11-26 had a lot to do with it.

This news came in near eod and caused a stir.
Can anyone let me know if this is very good news...i've hear from others that it could move on this news and is coming off a bottom, as evgeny05 stated above.
