Falcon Natural Gas Corp. Signs Non Binding LOI with Blue Ridge Group, Inc. and Bayou City Exploration, Inc. to Purchase Working Interest in Six New Prospects

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 30, 2005--Falcon Natural Gas Corp. (OTCBB:FNGC - News), announced today that the Company has signed non binding letters of intent (LOI) with Blue Ridge Group, Inc. (BRG) and Bayou City Exploration, Inc. (OTCBB: BYCX - News; BCE) to purchase working interest in one of BRG's and five of BCE's oil and gas prospects.


According to the non binding letters of intent with BRG, Falcon will purchase 12.5% of the working interest of Prospect 107 located in Beauregard Parish Louisiana and pay 16.67% of all well costs to casing point on the initial well drilled on the prospect. Additionally, Falcon will pay 16.67% of all G&G costs, third party prospect fees, land brokerage costs, lease bonus and all other similar costs associated with the prospect.

Under the terms of the LOI with BCE, Falcon will purchase 12.5% of the working interest for the Live Oak County Prospects, which include Jaboncillo Windmill Prospect, Leopard Branch Prospect and Frost National Bank Deep Prospect. Additionally, Falcon agrees to pay 16.67% of all well costs to casing point on the initial well drilled on each prospect and 16.67% of all G&G costs, third party prospect fees, land brokerage costs, lease bonus and all other similar costs associated with the prospect.

Under the trade terms for BCE's Jeff David Parish Prospects, including Gemini Prospect and Zodiac II Prospect, Falcon agrees to purchase 25.0% of the working interest from BCE. Also, Falcon will pay 33.33% of all well costs to casing point on the initial well drilled on each prospect and its proportionate share of all G&G costs, third party prospect fees, land brokerage costs, lease bonus and all other similar costs associated with the prospect.

HOUSTON, Dec. 22, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Falcon Natural Gas Corp. (OTC BB:FNGC.OB - News), with Bayou City Exploration has begun the first well in their planned drilling project. The Gemini Prospect is located in southwest Louisiana just north of the town of Iowa, and will target the Miocene and Miocene Amph B Sands intervals, which have regional track records of excellent production. Total drilling depth is expected to reach 3,850 feet. A pipeline is located nearby, and no surface issues are expected.

Falcon Natural Gas Corp. Set to Complete First Well at Live Oak County Project

HOUSTON, Jan. 9, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Falcon Natural Gas Corp. (OTC BB:FNGC.OB - News) announced today that the first well in its multiple prospect project in Live Oak County, Texas, reached total depth on January 4, 2006, and is being cased for completion.


The Mary Lyne #1 well reached a total depth of 6,500 feet and has been logged and evaluated; casing has been run for completion operations. Falcon Natural Gas Corp., along with Bayou City Exploration, Petro Resources Inc., ORX Resources Inc. and Infinity Oil and Gas (Nevada) have all elected to participate in the completion, which will commence as soon as a completion rig is contracted.

The Live Oak Prospect comprises 3,734 gross acres. Falcon Natural Gas Corp. has a joint development agreement with its partners to jointly develop multiple prospects on the project acreage. Based on their analysis of available data, the partners expect that when fully developed the entire project area could potentially hold as much as 100 BCF(a) and 1 MMBO,(a) with a total estimated gross value of $700 million.
