David Randolph, I defended this company for awhile too ... but I sold my position today and took a bath.  6 cents sucks, but I think it is going lower.   You say it is harder to defend.  I say impossible at this point.  I am not a technician, but the last chart you posted is not pretty.  On the fundamental side:

Does it ring true that EYII held up a $200 million deal for over a month because 6 units could not be found to send for testing.  The "production delay" excuse does not ring true at all!   >:(  It was for 6 units.  SIX!!!  HYRF could have supplied six units long ago - a HYRF press release on September 12 had it donating 5,000 units that week.  Someone earlier suggested buying them on ebay.  Well they could have.  For $420.  http://cgi.ebay.com/Code-Blue-Water-Filtration-System-NEW-L-K_W0QQitemZ5627652420QQcategoryZ19262QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Does it ring true that EYII held up a $200 million deal for over a month because of national holidays?   :-X  There must be a whole bunch of them that I do not know about and cannot find to cause that long a delay.

The two most obvious answers are the stated reasons were BS or the company is run by idiots.  Answer number one is likely.  Answer number two has its charm.  The investor relations release about "we want the authority to issue an amazing number of shares, but we do not want to dilute the company," ... ... there are so many things wrong, and fishy, and scary about this statement that I do not even know what to say.   It is so non-sensical, that number two is my current pick.

This is the worst investment I ever had. Normally I will exit my positions when I have 7% loss. This is the first one I did not.

That is the nature of penny stocks. For every one winner, there will be 2 losers.

Anyway my other wins in semi stocks such as AMD, SSTI, LEXR, ATML, BTUI, AMKR will more than cover this loss. Will stick with it for one year. Just forget it.

Bigdogs....... your premise about the 6 units is not right. It is imperative that when  a manufacturer change is made that the products and MFG process from the new manufacturer is certified. That's the reason for the delay!!!

JKN

This kind of crap is exactly why I hate pennies.  Dilution, delays, and that response from Agora is just plain BS and only makes the situation more obtuse.   I managed to get rid of some of my holdings with a slight profit at .072 but I'm still going to take a bath on this one.

Last I checked they had over 51 percent insider ownership.  Someone posted the link last week.

Please explain the large volume selloff on any advance if the 58 million are in escrow.

That would be even worse.  Imagine when shares are available to sell.  If not the 58 million shares, then why so much selling pressure ?  That is not good in itself.

fill the gap, can you show the math on how you got 51%???

the disclosures says

Jay, direct ownership ...... 42%
Dori, direct ownership.......less than 1%
Dori, direct plus indirect....5% plus

all the rest of the folks mentioned including Dori are beneficiariess of the trust held by Jay.

I thought about that ... but it does not fit with HYRF's press releases.  On Sept 6, HYRF announced the contract to produce in Shanghai and noted two things: (1) that HYRF had a backlog of orders and (2) the old manufacturer and HYRF terminated their pitcher and filter production contract as of July 27.  On Sept 12, HYRF announced that it was donating 5000 water pitchers and filters and planned to ship those units as soon "as units are produced by our Chinese manufacturer."  The terminated producer was not Chinese.  On Sept 20, HYRF announced that for those 5,000 units, "the first shipment has been sent...."  Unless lies were told, on Sept 20 there were pitchers and filters that had been produced by the Chinese manufacturer for HYRF and they were already in a place where shipment could occur.   It was one month later before EYII delivered 6 units to China.  So, to me, since China is the only real business for either company, either something smells or ineptness reigns.

I found this post on the HYRF thread in penny picking. Will this be causing a further negative effect on the EYII pps as well ?

HYRF is moving in sympathy with EYII, it is not pretty.  Read the threads on EYII for details.

I think HYRF has bigger problems now........ ugh, I hope nobody here is still holding.  Can someone please correct me if I am wrong -- the following basically states that HYRF spread misinformation and the independent report is full of lies? See the link below:

thanks and good luck to all holders!

Lol.  I gave benefits of the doubt that should not have been given - it was simply a bunch of liars at HYRF (I trashed them last week on that board) and probably the same at EYII.  The HYRF correction shows that EYII is a bunch of liars - they are getting all of their product via consignment, thus capital needs via stock issuance should be de minimus.  Anyhow, since I have shed myself of this one, I will let you holders march on.  Good luck
"Men make counterfeit money; in many more cases, money makes counterfeit men."

GodisKing

The number of corrections for prior PRs are incredible.  How could HYRF put all this false information out?  Are you telling me that they have no people in their company that proofread their PRs and have the PR checked by legal counsel before putting out what appears to be outlandish forecasts and downright lies or am I not understanding something.  It seems to me this should be terms for a lawsuit.  I just can't believe all these series of PRs were filled with lies to mislead shareholders.  If this cause the EYI stock to tumble tomorrow, I guess I will be done with penny stocks for good.  I would like to see what EYI has to say tomorrow in conjunction to all the corrections that HYRF has made today.

I believe there is some relationship issue between HYRF and EYI as why this is just coming to the surface just when EYI had told shareholders that the first order was to be in October.  There is probably more to this than we will ever know.  I think I better sell this stock before I lose all I have invested.  I have lost quite a bit already.

I surely do hope that I am wrong about this stock but something is rotten in Denmark (or Canada).

David Randolph, I sure would appreciate your take on this.  I do hope you are able to update the pennies before market open. Is this something that can communicated to SEC or do they not get involve with penny stocks?

Thanks

Unfortunately with penny stocks, a lot of the time the company goes bankrupt.  But you don't see those charts, because the stock just ceases to exist.  Back in '99-2000 I rode GBT (Global Light Telecom, a promising telecom stock laying fiber in the carribean) from $10 down to $0.  It is now "GBTI" and has no value and has not traded for a few years, I think.

I rode SVR (Silverleaf resorts) from $10 and sold around $2.  It dipped to $0.50 as SVLF.  Somehow the company is still alive and now trades as SVL at around $1.50.

My point is, the successful penny stock is the exception, not the rule.  The reason you don't see all those stocks that keep going down to $0 is because once they go out of business, they stop being listed/traded.  So you never end up seeing those charts.  And then it gets easy to get lulled into a false sense of security that all stocks recover eventually, because those are the charts you are looking at all the time..... ;)

I have done my share of overinvesting in pennies in the past, and have gotten burned.  I like David's advice where he only puts in about $1000 into any given penny stock.  All of them are gambles.  I must admit I am overweight in HQSM, but I spend a lot of time smelling around for any signs of fishy-ness (no pun intended, heh), and I still don't feel 100% "secure" with the company (for instance, what is with the 100 million shares outstanding listed on Yahoo, whereas the recent company PR lists 115 million?  Things like that are worth checking out...)

Rule with penny stocks: (1) Don't invest any money will want to see again, and (2) If something seems fishy, there is probably bad stuff going down.

With all that said, Penny stocks can be really high reward as well.  Just know, there is no "being careful" with Penny stocks, and they disappear/go out of business all the time (and you rarely hear about it).

Hmmmm!

dilution  ---  misinformation ----  ineptitude? ---- What next?

If HYRF implodes EYII could get some collateral damage.

I think most of the bad news is out of the bag and probably priced in today.

Unless the Chinese decide they like to drink dirty water  - - - This will be a winner down the road ---  somewhat farther down the road than I had planned.

I will hold for now.

Disclaimer =
If I shorted every stock that I went long on -
and covered at my closing  $ -
I would be 20% to the good.

I've read the entire text about HYRF.OB misinformation to the public:

http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/051026/099293.html

I don't find anything substantial that I didn't knew already. That's why I've been saying all the time that EYII.OB should have an higher market cap than HYRF.OB.

When I saw those press releases coming out of HYRF.OB, I was a bit perplexed, but since I owned the stock, I obviously didn't want to be a basher, and fundamentals were so positive anyway.

The entire text above is actually pretty positive for EYII, it clarifies its relationship with HYRF. Clearly, all the revenue will come first to EYII, as I've been saying ... then it will pay HYRF.

The new information, which is great for EYII, is that their deal is on a consignment basis (I didn't know this - that's a new fact, very negative for HYRF, but positive for EYII). This way, the Code Blue is only paid to HYRF after EYII sells it and collects the money. So no initial cost for EYII. So, they don't need the money to buy it, they sell it first and pay it later.

I would be very suspicious of this ask from EYII to increase its authorized shares ... OTCBB stocks are really hard, I don't know what kind of influence market makers have on managers and their press releases. Don't they know them in advance?

Me, Ramsburg and a possible new partner of us are thinking, in some time, to take Stocks on Fire LLC public. Of course, an extremely small company at present moment, with revenues of about $75,000 since its inception in April 2005. Anyway, to get this small company to be publicly traded, the first and most important thing that we need is to convince a market maker to make a market for our stock. He does not only make a market, he's in charge of selling it to the public. What kind of guarantees a company needs to give to get that market maker? (there are only about 200 out there).

If I were an experienced market maker and wanted to buy stocks from the public at a low point, what could I do? «Hey, issue a Form with the SEC saying you want to increase the number of authorized shares to 1 billion. This will make people think of dilution and run for the exit. Also say that thing with China is delayed for some stupid reason, more sellers will come. We'll grab some shares to sell much higher.»

This is just speculation, immense speculation, but it makes sense in my head, given the news from HYRF. News from EYII lately are too bad to be true (and they're not actual news, one is an intention and the other is a normal delay, but stated in a way that makes people think they're lying about the all thing). We're starting to say the management are a group of morons. But I say not so fast ... don't forget they have warrants at $0.08 a share. Maybe they're issuing these news so that they, their friends and their market maker get shares now to sell when the revenues and profits good news hit the wires, some months from now.

Read puenthouse post, he says multi baggers like AMEP and others had this same behaviour, a lot of bad news and bashing preceded a 5 fold increase.

I will continue holding EYII.OB and more, I'm thinking of buying HYRF.OB if it goes down a lot in the coming days due to that news ...

shawFund

I am holding both EYII and HYRF and never sold.

Of course, I only bought 5K for HYRF and 10K for EYII.

Code Blue products seem a real product and good one. The agreement with China is real.

No one is sure how much money will be made from the agreement. But China does have big market for such products. Right now, most residents in China's cities use bottled water.

They no longer drink water directly from public watering system.

But newpapers have many reports recently that the bottled water has many quality problems.

This provides a big market for filtering system.

I will add more shares if HYRF dropped to $0.50 level and EYII dropped to $0.04 (may be 10x shares - 50k for HYRF, 100k for EYII).
