Well guys I've been looking over eyii this weekend, including all the post and charts.  I think we might get our pop.  The stock gapped Friday from the previous close.  A small gap, but would it be hard from here to fill back down to .047 at the open then burn this baby higher?  The strong Resistance looks like .072, .095ish-10. Major Resistance at .16, .19.
The moves from the previous lows to their tops averages close to .085 cents.  Add this to a previous low of .024 and we get up to .11 give or take a few pts.  Still a double from these levels.
Additionally I think that options and free shares have been reduced and or converted (the old amep argument).  The decision to expand the authorized shares doesn't necessarily mean dilution of the float (short term).  Insiders still have majority stake, right?
I feel like I'm rambling (border line pumping),  but after such a long and systematic shake out,  all the skepticism,  all the smoke and mirrors,  I believe there is a deal.  It is possible that it turns out even better in future for eyii than anyone can expect.  Code blue is one product, one deal, albeit a big one.  There may be a window here for a big gain before they decide how they are going to allocate more shares.
So, if anyone feels like adding  TA or opinion, please.  I especially like FOUSC's  charts.  Anyway my plan tomorrow is to add more with a limit at .047, with the intention to sell that position with a double.

EEwww that was stinky.   Guess  I need to pay more attention to support
levels,  .037 was a much better buy than my .047.  Nice hit to my account, but fortunately Nvax and Hqsm are performing better today balancing out the equation.  Gotta see it to believe it today.  Another intraday gap the other way, right after I got filled.  Smells like mm manipulation, or a dead kitty.  Still have my shares though, sittin on a 45% loss.  Doesn't pay to be zealous.  Day isn't over.

TD

I got the shaft today too. Liked the way it looked on a come back so placed  limit oder @ .049. It was trading around .053, hoped for small pull back then resume upward move. Left computer for 30 min came back trading for .0333 @ 10:30. No execution so tried to cancel order. Came back rejected, but never got confirmation of buy. It had movedback up to .045, still no confirm either way. At 3:55 call my branch mgr Scottrade he'd check out his trading floor said no trade. Later 4:01 came back bought @ .049.
I agree mm playing games.

Just hope in long run turns out to be a good buy........luck to all and MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR.....TD ???

I feel your pain.   It's gappy.  There is definitely some kind of supply/demand imbalance in this price range.  Eyii could have run to fast for the mm.  It could be the mm needs the supply,  sure seemed like there was enough buying interest. My chart looked like mostly buying today (could be wrong).  And-  what's up with that big trade at the end (covering? or new money?), how bout' your fill after hours (crowded order book?, missed fill?, convenience?)?  My last trade on my ecn showed .042, but the level 2 ask was at .038.  Things are not what they seem, more smoke and mirrors.    GL

Dear EYI Investors,

EYI Industries (EYII – OTC:BB), (http://www.stopdrinkingpoison.com /) in conjunction with AGORA Investor Relations, is pleased to present EYI investors with this latest corporate update. Within this corporate update for EYI, we will be giving you an in-depth look at the following topics:

• Contaminated Water in China
• What is Arsenic?
• Health Effects

EYI Industries Inc., through their subsidiary Essentially Yours Industries, Inc. (EYI), markets products that promote health and well-being. Recently, EYI launched a consumer product that removes Arsenic and other contaminates to a negligible level from drinking water. The portable water filtration product's name is Code Blue™ and is exclusively provided to EYI. In addition, EYI sells dietary supplements and personal care products. A large portion of their sales are from CALORAD®, a liquid protein supplement that has brought weight loss benefits to their customers. More than six million bottles of CALORAD® have been sold since EYI was founded in 1995. Their newest product, PROSOTEINE, is experiencing similar success to CALORAD® and bringing their customers the benefits of a natural Energy drink.

CONTAMINATED WATER IN CHINA:

Over half of the population of China consumes water that fails to meet minimum quality standards, and China has several times the rate of liver and gastric cancers as India, according to a new study by the World Resources Institute.

In the last 40 years China has transformed itself from a rural economy to an industrial giant with a significant presence in the world economy. This rapid transformation has fuelled economic growth that easily outpaces that of most developing countries. China's rapid economic development has exerted a significant toll on its natural resource base, particularly water resources. Inadequate investments in basic water supply and treatment infrastructure have resulted in widespread water pollution. In China today approximately 700 million people--over half the population--consume drinking water contaminated with levels of arsenic, nitrates, animal and human waste that do not meet minimum drinking water quality standards.

A study says it will cost billions of dollars for cities in China to upgrade their water treatment systems to meet tougher new standards. China's new drinking water standards, launched in June, increase the number of forbidden water pollutants from 35 to 101.

Some 700 million people are drinking unsafe or harmful water because more than 70 percent of China's rivers and lakes are polluted

China aims to bring the quality of tap water up to par with European drinking water standards in the next couple of years.

WHAT IS ARSENIC?

Arsenic poisoning is more often thought of as a topic for a mystery novel, but it is a grim part of our global reality. All across the world there are over one hundred million people slowly being poisoned by their only available water source. Most recent and devastating problems with contaminated well water were identified in India. Arsenic tainted water can be found in as far reaching places as Thailand, Japan, Australia, The United Kingdom, Inner Mongolia, Hungary, Chile, China, Argentina, Taiwan, Ghana, Mexico, Philippines, New Zealand, and Canada. This is not only a problem for distant lands, contaminated water occurs in the United States as well, in areas such as California, Washington, and Oregon.

Arsenic is a naturally occurring element in the earth's crust. Pure arsenic is a gray-colored metal, but is rare in the environment. Arsenic is usually found combined with one or more other elements such as oxygen, chlorine, and sulfur. In combination, such arsenic is referred to as inorganic arsenic. Arsenic combined with carbon and hydrogen is referred to as organic arsenic. The organic forms are usually less toxic than the inorganic forms.

HEALTH EFFECTS

Large doses of inorganic arsenic can cause death. Arsenic is a known poison and a known carcinogen that has been shown to cause skin and lung cancer. It also may damage a developing fetus and should be handled as a potential teratogenic agent (causing developmental malformations), as some arsenic compounds are known teratogens.

Oral exposure to inorganic arsenic can cause digestive tract pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, decreased production of red and white blood cells, abnormal heart function, blood vessel damage, liver and/or kidney injury, and impaired nerve function, causing a ''pins and needles'' effect in the feet and hands. Oral exposure to inorganic arsenic can also cause a pattern of skin abnormalities, including the appearance of dark and light spots on the skin, and small ''corns'' on the palms, soles, and trunk, which may ultimately progress to skin cancer. In addition, arsenic ingestion is reported to increase the risk of cancer inside the body, especially in the liver, bladder, kidney, and lung.

Skin contact with arsenic can cause burning, itching and a rash. Breathing arsenic can irritate the nose and throat; eye contact can cause red, watery eyes and irritation. Long-term exposure can cause an ulcer or hole in the ''bone'' dividing the inner nose, hoarseness, and sore eyes.

CONCLUSION

EYI has recently entered into an agreement for the sale of an undisclosed number of Patented Code Blue(TM) Water Filtration Systems over a 2-year period in China. China's large rural population and poor infrastructure in those outlying regions have created a huge demand for the Code Blue(TM) system which will facilitate the removal of harmful toxins from water, making it safe for human consumption.

Today's finish gives a bullish signal. If it trades up tomorrow, it will be higher lows and that will mean a new bull reversal.

Keep a close eye on it.

Thanx Shawfund,
Some of us need some positive thinking from others.
A slow steady rise to .041 would be nice.
