A hammer was also formed on wednesday though was followed by a retracement. We'll see if this second hammer does the trick ;) For more info on candlestick patterns www.candlesticker.com is a great free site. I myself just starting researching candlestick patterns, Soon to read "The Candle stick Course" by Steve Nison. Though i have to wait until the 25th to start reading it, as its a xmas gift from my mommy :D

And by the way La-Onda, thanks for the link to www.otcbbtrader.com its a really cool site(applauds). I use www.allpennystocks.com and www.smallcapcenter.com to research my OTCBB's. Glad to ad a 3rd resource :D

Price action formed another little baby descending wedge, breakout on monday in light of that low reliability hammer candle? We'll see, volume was back up today.

Nice volume but the PPS slid consistantly from the early morning high.  Anyone have any thoughts?  Is this a good entry point?  Thanks in advance.

Prfsr Hal

My disgruntled thoughts on this is that there is no good entry point.  I regret having bought in when I did, and now having lost 80%, can only hope for a minor miracle and be glad I did not invest heavily.

And im back in :D

Filled a position today at .026 with 54k shares. Im hoping not to see it drop below .26 again. Its up after hours another 1.8% on a whoppin million shares. Great news that they shipped out their code blue products, Though pps hasn't reflected to well in light of the.

TA:

Price action seem to be shaping up fairly nicely creating a symmetrical triangle and a short term bullish trend reversal has formed as well, and better yet, volume has been picked back up. I'd like to see that trend line hold up which stands at .0262 for tuesday.

A post from jcrom from another board:

A couple things to think about...
First, the Shares Issued and Outstanding, FULLY DILUTED, have not changed since David first profiled EYII. The shares escrowed for Cornell have always been included in the Issued and Outstanding. The contract amounts and the share count have NOT changed.
Second, CEIEC will be the exclusive wholesale supplier to every retail entity in China. EVERY RETAILER IN CHINA. And CEIEC has made a very sucessful living by knowing the Chinese market. CEIEC is the FIFTH LARGEST COMPANY in China. CEIEC wants this product. If you do a little research into the size and scope of retail sales in China, you will be as excited as I am.
Third, EYI Hong Kong is setting up shop and preparing to re-introduce it's other health related products to China which, it is my understanding, were once hugely popular there. But this us not related to CEIEC's exclusive agency rights regarding Code Blue. This is another completely different facet of EYI's presence in China.
Fourth, Jay has previously mentioned that EYI is looking to enter markets in other countries in the region. This has been in their business plan for quite some time. You can read it in the previous 10Q. Also, Jay mentioned it in a recent Agoracom interview.

Cornell will be out of the picture as soon as EYI starts receiving CEIEC revenues and has the means to take out Cornell with cash.

This thing is going to happen...I am completely convinced of that.

Good chances to get the CEIEC contract eom. Product registrations and modifications take place at the moment in china. (Agreement was signed in late september)

To the Chart:

0.025 is the bottom line....watch last year when we were in the same region....intraday this could drop more. I ll be ready....this might drop intraday to scare people ....history could repeat...as it many times happens in the stock market. Soon as the news hit this will rock...this is my theory we will see if i am right.

Merry Christmas  :o  ;D :D ;) >:D

Looks like your theory is correct so far today ket. According to FOUSC's chart this thing could play out till the 9th or so of January.  For anyone who isn't in already I would exercise caution, nibble maybe, but wait for the pps to cross the descending trend line on fousc's symetrical triangle above.
Could somebody tell me what the market cap is now, or the shares o/s, I forget.  I need something to compare projected revenue to.  If I can I'll look it up later, but if anyone off the top of their head could post, it would save a little time tonight after work.   Ciao

For EYII, better do some fundamental analysis not TA.

One question about the China's deal:

Minimum purchase 4 mill units with $21 million. That translates to only $5.5 per unit.

Am I right on this?

Shaw,

Your question is a good one, and I think there is a fundamental problem of EYII issuing press releases that misstates the contract with CEIEC.  The full contract is on EDGAR.  The fundamentals are (the contract is quoted extensively below):

1.  The minimums for exclusivity are:
"If, in any year, CEIEC purchases fewer than two-thirds of the Code Blue Water Filtration Systems specified in the Purchase Plan (i.e. fewer than 4,000,000 in 2006, or fewer than 4,000,000 in 2007), it will cease to have the exclusive agency rights granted in paragraph 1 hereof, but will continue to be non-exclusive agents of EYI."

2.  "The agreed price for each Code Blue Water Filtration System ... set out in Schedule 'A.'"  The pricing on Schedule A is:
Code Blue Water Filtration System Water Filter--$7.00 per unit
Code Blue Filtration System Water Pitcher--$13.00 per unit
The contract also says that "CEIEC ... agrees that it shall not re-sell the products for less than the agreed price."  That price is not stated.  Apparently someone thinks that Chinese law allows price fixing.  And it might.

3.  There can be a price adjustment of an unspecified amount:
"If, in any year, CEIEC purchases fewer than one-half of the Code Blue Water Filtration Systems specified in the Purchase Plan (i.e. fewer than 3,000,000 in 2006, or fewer than 3,000,000 in 2007), EYI shall be at liberty to adjust the price of the Code Blue Water Filtration System supplied to CEIEC under the Purchase Plan."

4.  CEIEC commits to purchase Code Blue in accordance with the following purchase plan:
"Year 1st Quarter 2nd Quarter 3rd Quarter 4th Quarter Units Total 2006 100,000 400,000 2,000,000 3,500,000 (filter)item 6,000,000 2007 4,500,000 5,500,000 6,500,000 7,500,000 (filter)item 24,000,000 Total: 30,000,000 Code Blue Water Filtration Systems"
Notice that the term "filter" appears in parens twice ... the commitment is to buy the $7 per unit filters.  $7 times 30,000,000 units equals the $210,000,000 that is cited as the value of the contract.

5. The purchase requirements are completely illusory:
"CEIEC may, upon reasonable notice to EYI, increase or ... decrease the number of units of the Code Blue Water Filtration System that it purchases under the Purchase Plan, based on its evaluation of market demand in China."

6.  The press releases of EYII appear to mix up the requirements to maintain the price and the requirements to maintain exclusivity.

6a.  To continue to purchase at the same $7 price, CEIEC must purchase 3 million units at $7 each year.  That adds up to the minimum of $21,000,000 that shows up in press releases.

6b.  To continue to have exclusivity, CEIEC must purchase 4 million units at $7 each year.  That adds up to a minimum of $28,000,000, a number not stated in the press releases.

Some of the above is not the best of news.  Like what?:
1.  CEIEC has no real minimum purchase requirements.
2.  $7 per does not imply a huge profit for EYII.   But even if it is $1, that is potentially $30,000,000
3.   EYII is not a sophisticated company.  There are no excuses for not being able to explain to investors accurately what a contract says.  But this point leads to the good news.

The good news is that the press releases do not seem to factor in the sales of the pitchers at $13 a pop.  The contract itself is silent about whether EYII will sell or CEIEC will buy any pitchers, but the inclusion of pricing on Schedule A suggests that the parties have discussed supplying pitchers (with no stated minimums) and agreed on a price.  EYII could therefore have something that is even better than a $210 million contract, or could have a secondary product to take up some slack if CEIEC does not buy as many filters as anticipated.

What does this mean?

Let's say that all 6 million filters are sold in 2006 at $1 per share profit.   Let's say that sales of pitchers are 500,000 at $2 profit.  We have $7 million in profits in 2006 which is about 4 cents per share ($7 million divided by 167 million shares outstanding).  Obviously, higher margins are more profits.  I am just guessing on the profit margin, but 15% for a huge contract to a huge distributor is a pretty decent guess.

Let's say that 2007 is not too optimistic and 24 million filters are sold in 2007 at $1 per share profit.   Let's say that sales of pitchers are 2,000,000 at $2 profit.  We have $28 million in profits in 2007 which is about 16 cents per share ($28  million divided by 167 million shares outstanding).

All this assumes, of course, that no more shares are issued (300 million are authorized).

If all the above is correct ... 4 cents a share at 10 times earnings would be a 40 cent stock.  The other posters who say that those purchase orders need to come in and need to validate the volumes are correct.  If throughout 2006 the validation continues, then this could be a really good stock.  Hoping from a HYRF reaction may be unrealistic though - and HYRF (I posted there too) has its issues too.

I own a bunch of this one, for good or ill, so good luck to all (or at least to me ).  Dave
