time for reentering  ???

Hey O, i think it is about that time for re-entry, there is huge support in this .03 area and XKEM has some very speculative developments in their company. I entered this morning at .0313.

Good luck!

Is .04 still technically and fundamentally attractive? Or better just to watch on the side lines for now?

sir_joke

buy point for long term is $.022.

Trading range currently... $.031 to $.054

not  a bad percentage play.

5 year target... $5.50 to $6.00

Anybody thinking about short term targets yet?  Even a mere 50% Fib. retracement would put us in the .0625 range, about a double for most of us who bought yesterday...

With latest 8K, OS is now confirmed at 1.2B.

Lets make it 2 Billion since we do not know how much conversion
was done, so we will take the worst case even though it will be less.

In Nigeria alone, there are 4,000,000 SCD patients.

NICOSAN™ $20/month (conservative) = $240/year

$240 x 4,000,000 SCD patients = $960,000,000 US dollars.

Let's assume at least 50% margins.

Earnings = $480,000,000

Price-Earnings Ratio - P/E Ratio
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/p/price-earningsratio.asp

The P/E is sometimes referred to as the "multiple", because it shows how much investors are willing to pay per dollar of earnings. If a company were currently trading at a multiple (P/E) of 20, the interpretation is that an investor is willing to pay $20 for $1 of current earnings.

Now lets take BRISTOL MYERS SQIBB (BMY)
BMY has a P/E of approximately 15 and a market CAP of $$$ 49 Billion $$$.

Oh yes, didn't XKEM just win a 4 Million Dollar law suit against the BMY giant. See for yourself. (Impressive indeed)
http://www.marketwire.com/mw/release_printer_friendly?release_id=104501&category=

$480,000,000 * 15 = approx $7,000,000,000

Divide by the maximum number of outstanding shares
(approx 2 Billion) worst case ...

$14,000,000,000 / 2,000,000,000 = $7.00

Now let's say they only get to sell to 10% of the people at first.

Why only 10 percent you ask?
- Difficulty to ramp up production at first.. However the demand is there, just need to get production to the level of the demand.
(Imagine opening a business where your sales are already pre-determined and waiting for you to simply act on them)

Let's not forget how this will improve the lives of millions of sufferers and the publicity that it will create.

This is a WIN WIN for all involved.

10% of $7.00= $.70 stock..

Now add the rest of Africa (another 5 million cases)
(as production increases)

easy double.. $1.40

Now export the drug to the rest of the world....

Over time, allow the production to ramp up & increase sales from 10% to 50%

Still want to give away your shares under 1.00 ? (and before the imminent PR's above)

This is minimum a 400 Million dollar company and we have a 40 Million dollar market CAP. (that is a 10 bagger minimum)

This sound realistic to you?

basonista

Don't forget that this is a penny stock and remember to take profits along the way.  If this company is as good as it sounds, there will be plenty of green to be made along the way.  It's unbelieveable how many great sounding pennies eventually self destruct and take many bagholders down with them.

That said, I would love to sell my 80,000 shares at over $1.  ;) ;D

"The Nigerian market alone represents potential revenue IN EXCESS of $500,000,000 for the company."

http://www.socbioscience.org/drugdis_doc07.htm

=================================================

back to my opinion. XKEM clearly has an "approved" medicine for use and treatment of real Nigerian people...the 4,000,000 people or so. all that's left now is to see how quickly they can ramp up production, and how much help they can receive by way of loans (hopefully non-dilutive) from govt., private investors (may be even the bill gates foundation and the clinton foundation!!).

Nigeria has more people suffering from SCD than AIDS (4 mil. vs. 1.8 mil.). that's a staggering statistic.

Clearly mgmt. did their homework when it comes to choosing their market...thye did not go around building subsidiaries in other countries in africa, they instead picked nigeria clearly for the market potential. In fact, I don't see an immediate business sense to even worry about getting the medicine to the US market. Focus on Nigeria, help the people there, get the revenue estimated and then go about focusing on other market, or may be other diseases.
Long term investments are short-term investments that have gone wrong.
