Doverdiligence, GZFX is the only company that does BOTH games and DVD's.  Gamefly ONLY does games.  So they will rate higher for games.  GZFX is unique in that it costs much less to have BOTH games and DVD's with one membership.  Circuit City obviously likes the concept.  Please read the entire thread to learn about the company.

Calvin87, thank you for understanding the strategy and post history.

Again, this is not a pump.  Merely presenting my research for the board.
I am not naive enough to think the message boards move the stock.

The trading philosophy I follow is much different than most people.

I get in before the move.  There is a set time frame for each trade.

In this case, very short term, March 15th at the latest.

In this case, very short term, March 15th at the latest.

Pennies move on news and not always TA and fundamentals.  And they are high risk.

Being a trader, I am in and out based on the trading plan.  Just like HMSC today.

I have done more due diligence on gzfx than any company ever owned.
It was the first company I presented to David and Frederick(the first week that 3SOF opened for business).  You can look back on my original posts to see the notes.
A year later, GZFX is well positioned, imo.  The share count will be improved, but is the reason we are at .0076 today.  It will move only on news.

The pros simply out weigh the cons near term.  The cons are All on the table for now.
My concern, as posted below, was the annual 10K coming early.
It came and here we are.  The stock has been hammered.

A perfect opportunity to buy low ahead of another large move.

There are a few reasons that the K was rushed to come early this year.
We shall see soon.

And also some reasons why a European Investor recently paid 3 cents per share for 100 million shares.  This was an inflated purchase.

People have visited and also called Circuit City 22 pilot stores.
Pictures can be seen here inside of a recent Circuit City visit.

http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=9262523

GZFX made a 300 plus Percent move on the last Circuit City news.

The Circuit City deal will be known in a matter of weeks.
The idea is that a string of positive news leads up to it.
Circuit City did more due diligence than we can imagine and has GZFX as a partner for now.

We can analyze TA, fundamentals, Game Fly, Netflix, etc.  It is not that kind of play right now.

My short term bet remains a double or more from todays price with March 15th as the target date.

Confident enough to make GZFX my # 1 holding.
The money is made on the initial move up from here, imho.

Please understand what kind of trade this is before commenting.

David,

Your comments from a short time ago.  You titled the thread, GZFX- LOVE THE CONCEPT.

What has changed ?  You confuse members at times.

Profile: GamezNFlix, Inc (GZFX.OB). Formerly known as Point Group Holdings, Incorporated.. The Group's principal activity is to rental on-line DVDs and video games to it's subscribers. The Group provides a large selection of video game rental choices to its customers on a monthly subscription basis. The Customers can sign-up via the web page and get the games shipped to them through first class mail. The Distribution centers are located in a home-based office space in Franklin, Kentucky, with VeeGeeZ maintaining one location and a distribution center in a home-based office space in Santa Clarita, California. The Group operates solely in the United States.

I've seen their website and concept: http://www.gameznflix.com/

Oh God, I just wish I lived in the US, you guys have everything there

The company already has revenues:

«The Company reported gross revenues of $243,982 and $405,755 for
the three and six months ended June 30, 2005 of which substantially
all of our gross revenues were derived from monthly subscription fees.
During the three and six months ended June 30, 2005, our subscriber
base averaged approximately 3,000 subscribers per month. »

Revenue growth from the first to the second quarter was about 50%. If the pace of subscriber growth continues at 3,000 per month (it may accelerate), their revenues would grow to about $4M in a year. With gross margins of 42% the company would have a gross profit of $1.68M.

It's current market cap is $7.59M.

A couple of weeks ago this news was out:

Circuit City to Offer GameZnFlix's Online Video Game and DVD Rental Program

I think subscriber growth for this company can go from arithmetic to exponential. The business model makes sense to me and not only to me, since they're already adding about 3,000 new subscribers per month.

The risk here is that recently they increased the number of authorized shares from 2 billion to 4 billion, and for now they have "just" 925 million shares issued and outstanding. But I see costs being diminished from the year ago levels, so maybe, just maybe, with increasing revenues they won't need to dilute the value of shares so much.

I believe in this company's business model. If I lived in the US I would be a subscriber.

So I'll buy 10% of the 3 Pennies on Fire Portfolio at tomorrow's open on GZFX.OB.

Again, this is a trade.  The worst possible news is factored in at this time.
Short term, a deal with Circuit City is worth much more than todays level.

You are missing the point looking at it as a long term investment.
I am a trader.  And I think this will double from here before March 15th.
Limited downside as the Circuit City anticipation will give it support, imo.

GZFX is in much better shape (6 Million in Cash) than when it struck the deal with Circuit City.  Circuit City is the # 2 USA retailer of electronics behind Best Buy.  They have plenty of companies trying to get in with them.  Ask yourselves why they chose to partner with GZFX if the company was in trouble.

Check back here into March.  A string of positive news is about to hit.
This company is 110% further along than when it was 15 cents.  Yes, more dilution, and that is why I say it is a great trade from here with a Short term target of March.

You will soon see why they filed the 10K early.  And you will see why a Eurpoean Investor recently paid 3 cents per share.  Sometimes you need to look beyond the numbers.

No need to comment further.  Let it play out to March.

If I am wrong, I will gladly admit it.  And I will wear the 3SOF T-Shirt everyday for a year. (wash it of course)   ;D

David,

It is amazing how you completely changed views from your original writeup saying GZFX-LOVE THE  CONCEPT .
Forget the stock, you raved about the concept.  Now the concept is going to fail ?

True, Video On Demand is the next wave.  The rental companies you listed will remain due to cost.

And they will adapt to the new VOD future.  But VOD will cost alot per game or per movie.  So the concept remains a valid business.

Who wants to pay for a game that may cost $ 60.00 to find out that they do not like it ?

This is the beauty of unlimited rentals.  Or pay for a DVD and upload fee for each movie ?  People are typically not watching movies on their PC's, so the transfer will have to take place.  A cable provider cannot possibly pay licensing for every release at this time.  And you saw firsthand what happened to a Previous 3SOF pick IFLB.  It is too expensive for the copyrights.

But most people are not ready to download movies, burn them to a DVD and then view.  It would cost much more than a $ 9.99 monthly unlimited to do it anyway.

And you also get into Copyright laws.  It gets very expensive for the rights.

So VOD is much further in the future.  GZFX is getting ready for it though.

And if this is all so obvious, why is Circuit City choosing to partner with little old GZFX ?

Circuit City gets $ 30.00 profit from each sale of GZFX.

This may have the highest profit margin of any item on the floor.
It is not uncommon for CC to take a loss on items.  For instance, many games have such low margins that they work as a loss leader to get people in the store.

Based on the Profit potential (only cost is floor space to CC), Circuit City has no reason to cancel this deal.  The fear is another delay.  This is entirely up to Circuit City.  But the deal will not be cancelled, imho.

The advantage to GZFX is that they are the only player doing BOTH games and movies.

btw, The AAFES military deal is alot bigger than the Circuit City deal.

I still hold a major position.  The last delay came on January 5th.  I may take some off before March 5th and then buy back right after should another delay not happen.

So much good news is ahead.  And the website is expected within 2 weeks.

The tight trading range on low volume is awaiting news.

I still expect news to push this much higher very soon.

Just like the last time, momentum should  certainly give it a boost as we close in on the Circuit City date.  Alot of traders showed up and pushed it over 2 cents in January.  The delay to March 15th killed the rally.

More dilution has taken place since then, but a double still remains my target into March.  And much more should they get the AAFES military contract and Circuit City.

We shall soon see.  There has to be a significant reason that they filed the annual report 2 months early.  Historically, this has not been the case.

And do not forget that a European Investor paid an inflated price of 3 cents for 100 million shares.  Who would spend 3 million dollars unless they knew something.  Or perhaps there is more to the deal than we know at this time.

Stay tuned.  I have bought as many shares here as possible.  Very confident.

My opinion is that the deal happens this time around.  But the Agreement may be adjusted more towards internet and advertising than in store displays.  We will have to see what they say.

My opinion is that Circuit City has no reason not to do the deal at this time.

Parlay this with a new website, AAFES, etc. and we could see another 200% from here on momentum alone, imho.

Of course, nothing is ever for sure.  Do the dd to make a decision.

The direct Circuit City reports for GZFX were the same people that launched Netflix.  They learned many lessons that will not be repeated this time around.  This is all good.

This deal is also on the table.  It is much larger than the Circuit City partnership.
John Fleming (CEO) says it is completed and awaiting a PR from the military.

Brandyjoco,

AAFES is an international store for the military.
They get discounts at the store locations as well as online.

http://www.aafes.com/

GZFX is set to be a partner with AAFES.

This is huge.  Look at the amount of locations.

Amazing exposure.  And perfect target audience !

This will immediately bump the subscriber count.

John the CEO was in the military.  He says the deal is done.  Just a matter of the military releasing the Press on it.

Hope this helps.  AAFES is much larger than the Circuit City deal.  Both along with a new website will spring this stock way up, imo.

It is a nice time to be long on GZFX.  Just beginning the run up, imo.

Expect website news as early as Monday, imo.

Then Circuit City rollout and AAFES deal.

GZFX has done well on no news for weeks.

My guess is momentum pushes is up 200-300 % from here when this news is all said and done.

Many are on the sidelines waiting for Circuit City confirmation.
They will have to chase soon, imo.

It was confirmed on the phone that more Circuit City locations (including Florida) just received GZFX packets.  This tells me that a cancellation is out of the question.

But do what makes you feel comfortable.  A delay is always possible.
If I had to guess, it would be 95 % that the deal happens this time around.

It is trading exactly as I expected in my posts from a month ago.

And you need to understand how big the AAFES deal will be.  It dwarfs the Circuit City deal.

The play is to get in before the gap up with a string of news, imo.
Everybody will click " buy " all at once sending GZFX soaring.

Being hesitant due to the past is understood.  Do what is comfortable for you and never second guess the decision.

Good Luck.
