10/28/05

RENO, Nev., Oct 28, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
Lifeline Biotechnologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: LBTN) today announced that the Company has successfully completed the testing of MastaScope(TM) at three different hospitals in China. The MastaScope(TM) product provides sharp, clear, and accurate imagery of the intraductal breast tissues and abnormalities.

The MastaScope(TM) was tested on 17 patients by Chinese surgeons under the direction of Dr. Pedro Escobar. "The MastaScope(TM) was very well received by chief breast surgeons at the Zheijang Province People's Hospital, as well as the China-Japan Friendship Hospital and Beijing Third University Hospital. All the scopes and duct excisions were successful," stated Dr. Pedro Escobar.

"The completion of the testing of the MastaScope(TM) will enable us to continue with our strategy in entering the Chinese and Asian markets," stated Jim D. Holmes, CEO of Lifeline Biotechnologies, Inc.

Lifeline Biotechnologies Files 510(k) Application with the Food and Drug Administration for the MastaScope(TM)

Business Editors / Health/Medical Writers

RENO, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 17, 2005--
Lifeline Biotechnologies (Pink Sheets: LBTN) announced
today that the Company has filed a 510(k) Pre-market Notification with
the FDA, for the MastaScope(TM) product line. The FDA approval process
is expected to take several months to complete.
The MastaScope(TM) is a microendoscope that is utilized by

anticipated that this product and process of examination, will assist
in the early detection of breast cancer and holds the prospect of
reducing unnecessary exploratory surgeries.
Dr. Mokbel, Lifeline principal investigator has stated that "For
every 100 nipple discharge cases, one instance of breast cancer is
found." The prospect of the MastaScope holds the potential of reducing
unnecessary exploratory surgeries.
"We knew that eventually we would need to complete this 510(k)
once the MastaScope(TM) advanced from research and development to
marketing and sales. We are very excited about the potential future of
the MastaScope(TM)," stated Jim Holmes, CEO of Lifeline

announced today that the Company will reduce their debt by
