SAN ANTONIO, Feb 02, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Nighthawk Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:NIHK), a leading provider of intelligent wireless power control and emergency notification products, will unveil its revolutionary Pay Per Ping(TM) pricing program in Tampa, FL at DistribuTECH 2006 next week. Pay Per Ping(TM) gives Nighthawk customers the option to deploy telemetry devices on a wireless network on a pay per use plan. Pay Per Ping(TM) customers will pay no fixed rate recurring subscriber fees for devices activated through Nighthawk Systems. Pay Per Ping(TM) is only available for use with Nighthawk telemetry devices.

Electric utilities have historically had the desire to place large quantities of telemetry devices into the field for remote power connect/disconnect and load control, but often could not attain an adequate return on investment if a commercial carrier was involved because of fixed monthly recurring charges for each unit in the field. Now, with Pay Per Ping(TM) from Nighthawk, utilities will only incur a charge if a telemetry device is contacted. The effective price per unit for wireless access through Nighthawk Systems can now be pennies per month.

(OTCBB:NIHK), a leading provider of intelligent wireless power control and emergency notification products, has received an order for 100 of its PT1000 remote control boards from one of the country's premier makers of digital highway advisory radio systems. This order is double the size of the previous order received from this same customer in 2005. The units will be used to remotely activate highway advisory signs.

The PT1000 is the evolution of Nighthawk's decade long experience with intelligent remote control and is easily integrated into any OEM equipment or industrial remote control system. The PT1000 board can control up to eight relays as well as send text messages directly through the RS 232 port to printers and digital signs.

But, may pick some up tomorrow. So, the resistance appears to be .13, correct? If it breaks that nicely...what is the next resistance..is there one?

So, i saw it crack the .13 a little late but finally picked up a small position (have very little cash available today) and got in at .139 (will add more later on, dont want to miss anohter possible PTSC)....so, glad i at least have some and will just wait it out as sometimes these great picks need a little time to nurture adn blossom...but its looking good.
