My repost from 3SOF Penny GZFX MB:
http://www.3stocksonfire.org/trading/index.php?topic=2047.msg54921#msg54921

There's a lot of questions on various finance MBs regarding Monday and next week.

This is my take.

Based on this week's performance, momentum for GZFX is building with tremendous buying pressure, as demonstrated all this week, especially Friday!

I anticipate that this buying pressure and the buzz of "GameZnFlix the next Netflix" will gap up GZFX on Monday premarket and market open.

For many, sentiment is that at current prices, this is the "ground floor" for GZFX as a stock as many who bought lower (say, sub-$0.01 mark) already took profit and those holding GZFX shares now bought at $0.01 - $0.015 range.  What this means is that these new buyers will not sell GZFX at loss and will hold for much higher gains.  GZFX has been trading in 1/100th of a penny increments.  I believe GZFX will trade in 1/10th of a penny soon.  Will GZFX trade in one penny increments?  If GZFX continues to gain, it will.

I anticipate $0.02 will be tested soon (perhaps early next week) and once GZFX breaks through the $0.02 point, open skies for gains.  $0.02, here we come!

As always, time will tell.   ;)

joet,

I can watch the pre-market activity for GZFX on Scottrade streaming quotes (bid/ask).

The GameZnFlix deal with AAFES (Army & Air Force Exchange Service) is not a rumor and announcement should be released soon. http://www.aafes.com/

GameZnFlix already has US millitary discount program:  (If you are active duty/veteran/reserves/National Guard/Coast Guard, you and your family members will pay a LOWER monthly rates than the regular rates)

John Fleming, CEO/President and GameZnFlix, Inc. have maintained a long term relationship and appreciation for US military.  As such, with Military.com, GameZnFlix has maintained the US military discount program since June of 2004. (Since this was posted in 2004, subscription prices are presently lower and plans are slightly different)

john b mcginnis,

Yes, penny stocks are often volatile and should only be "speculated."  However, unlike many penny stocks that don't have any marketed products/services, GameZnFlix already has marketed products/services.  The reason why Circuit City went nationwide with this tiny startup company (like they did with Netflix several years back) is because Circuit City was confident that GameZnFlix can handle the increased DVD/game rental/sales volume the nationwide rollout would bring.

Just think of all the questions Circuit City executives asked before going nationwide with GameZnFlix.  So ask yourself the same question, "Why did Circuit City go nationwide with GameZnFlix?"  I believe the answers are obvious.

There's been a lot of discussion on various finance MBs regarding GZFX as the stock price approaches the previous "high" mark of $0.02 (this often is the case as stocks actively approach 52 week highs as well).

Certainly, with GZFX's last week's rebounding performance and as the word spreads of Circuit City going nationwide with GameZnFlix, much discussion about this "potentially the next Netflix" company will take place and new buying interest grow.

On this Swing Trading MB thread, I normally only focus on listed stocks with very high volume and never covered a penny stock, with the exception of GameZnFlix.  The reason why I have covered GameZnFlix previously and now hold 100% of my position in GZFX is because I see the growth potential of this company and at current prices, I believe it is the "ground floor" entry point for this stock.

As we often see with penny stocks (with most having no products or services they market), with any positive "rumor" or "PR/news/products/services/contracts/etc." they can climb easily to several hundreads to often thousand percent gains in very short period of time.  GameZnFlix with the Circuit City nationwide deal has established itself as a "national" entity with definite products and services.  At just over a penny, the stock price is cheaper than cheap.

I have seen penny stocks go from pennies to over a dollar and beyond with less news/PR/prducts/services than GameZnFlix.  Instead of moving several or tens of millions of share in volume, GZFX has been moving hundreds of millions of shares in volume.  There are people buying GZFX in blocks of $10,000 - $40,000+ every day.  Why?  Why would they risk so much money on a mere "penny stock?"  And why so many here at 3StocksOnFire like myself vested 100% in this stock?  I have my reasons, and so do many others who chose to buy so much of this stock.

What will happen to GZFX in the coming days and weeks?  I believe as GZFX has demonstrated this week of very strong buying pressure overwhelming sellers and gaining steadily throughout the week, I anticipate GZFX gaining steadily into next week.

I believe many wanting to take profit have already done so, only to see GZFX continuing to climb and perhaps bought back at higher prices.  My sentiment is that those holding GZFX shares now bought at $0.01 - $0.015+ range and will hold for much higher gains before selling.  As $0.02 mark approaches, there may be some profit taking, but once GZFX breaks through the $0.02 mark, I anticipate GZFX climbing much higher, perhaps trading in 1/10th of penny increments.

Will GZFX trade in one penny increments?  I have seen other penny stocks do it on less products/services/news/PR, so it is very possible that if GZFX continues to gain, it will.

I am all smiles and look forward to Monday's market open.  ;)

I believe what's said on this article says a lot about the future of GameZnFlix.  Those that are new buyers to GZFX or thinking about buying GZFX should read it carefully:

A New Partnership: Circuit City and GameZnflix
Mar 29 2006 8:07:33 pm
Stock Market Analysis by Lonny Rosenfeld

When I wrote my first article on GameZnflix (OTC BB:GZFX) last November I stated that I very rarely write about penny stocks, but I thought this one had a lot of potential. So far I have proved myself to be correct. On Friday, March 24th Circuit City (CC) announced that it will go ahead with a nationwide release of the GameZnflix movie and rental service. In the fourth calendar quarter of 2005, the two companies tested offering the GameZnFlix services at a limited number of Circuit City Superstores and online at circuitcity.com. After concluding the tests, the services will now be expanded to include Circuit City Superstores across the United States and will continue to be available nationwide on Circuit City's website. (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX)

"We want to offer a variety of products and services to our customers and the GameZnFlix's program allows our customers to experience the convenience of renting both movies and games through the mail," said Bill Cimino, director of corporate communications for Circuit City.

The agreement calls for a rollout of GameZnFlix's service by offering prepaid service cards at each of Circuit City's Superstores. The agreement calls for adding between 45 and 110 locations each month until full deployment is reached prior to the 2006 holiday season. Financial terms of the agreement are not being disclosed.

"This relationship is a win-win for both companies," said John Fleming, chairman and chief executive officer of GameZnFlix, Inc. "Circuit City continues to prove to be one of the top destinations for movie-lovers and video gamers alike and by co-marketing with GameZnFlix, Circuit City can continue to fulfill its customers' needs by adding our rental services to its product line."

For those readers who are unaware of this company, GameZnFlix is a company that offers video games/DVDs for rental or purchase on the Internet with access to over 40,000 titles. With four different membership levels beginning at $8.99 a month to annual membership with an average price of $20.75 per month, subscribers can rent a combination of both video games and/or DVD movies with no late fees or due dates or members can purchase video games and/or DVD movie titles at a membership discount.

As anyone would expect, shares of GZFX received a huge pop at the open Monday morning. Shares surged more than 125% early in the day to trade at $.0209 on extremely heavy volume. As Monday progressed shares trimmed these gains in half. GZFX last traded Wednesday at $.0134, up 12.61% for the day. Trading for the first half of this week has been relatively predictable. Almost everyone had expected a big gain early Monday, followed by some profit taking later in the day and Tuesday. Wednesday was another day where many investors either bought back in after selling early Monday or others jumped off the sidelines to get in at a more reasonable price.

Given now that it is known that the Circuit City deal is in full effect, what does this mean for the future of GameZnflix? Clearly as I have stated months ago, the potential is truly there for this partnership to be a success. Circuit City has done its part; they have opened the door for a relatively unknown company. Now it is the job of GameZnflix to step up to the plate. This is the big leagues now, do not strike out.

I know many of you reading this article are reading this because you are either share holders of this company, have been share holders, or you are thinking about becoming a shareholder. Remember this is a penny stock, so of course there is a high level of risk involved, but is that high level of risk a risk worth taking?

Looking at the 6-month chart above[below], there are very well defined support and resistance levels. These will be the areas that will dictate trade for the short term. There is currently resistance located at $.021; this was reinforced on Monday's trading when shares topped off at $.0209. There is also support located at $.012, this was the low of the day on Wednesday before shares bounced off this level and ended the day higher.

What can be expected of shares of GZFX over the course of the next few months? I would expect to see a lot of volatility as investors try to weigh the future of this company from any news releases concerning the Circuit City partnership. There is a strong likelihood that shares of GZFX will move significantly higher from their present level. Circuit City is no laughing matter, this company would not have reached out and extended its hands to GameZnflix if it did not think it would benefit as well from this deal.

This is truly a company to watch and it will be very interesting to see how this partnership evolves in the future.

They will announce AAFES this week, imo.

And they never announced the new website.  So that may also hit the wire.  But AAFES is the deal that will move the stock over 2 cents, imo.

This is one of many pipelines GameZnFlix is developing, "the GnF Entertainment Network" - the future of media entertainment, Video-on-demand (VOD).
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/060328/0115059.html

Power to the people - Niche channels. Video-on-demand. Movies, music and classic shows. All on your TV or computer. And cheaper than cable and satellite services.

By DAVE GUSSOW, Times Staff Writer
Published April 2, 2006

Lacrosse TV, anyone?

The sport doesn't have the mass appeal of football, baseball or basketball, so no network or cable channel features it. But to Charles Prast, it's perfect for Internet TV.

Lacrosse has 150,000 passionate fans in the United States, says Prast, chief executive of ITVN, an Internet television service. And many of those fans are willing to pay $9.95 a month to watch their favorite matches.

"It's inexpensive to develop a network in conjunction with the National Lacrosse League," Prast said. "It's not too expensive to market. I know which Web sites they go to, which magazines they read."

If a couple hundred channels on cable or satellite aren't enough, consider that Internet TV could provide thousands covering every niche imaginable, from lacrosse and sailing to cooking, street racing and music.

Technically known as Internet protocol TV, or IPTV, it's much more than a tiny window on a computer screen showing a grainy, herky-jerky video. It goes far beyond networks offering popular shows for downloading.

In the last year or so and picking up speed in recent months, companies have begun offering specialized programming that would never compete for a channel on cable or satellite. But, experts say, Internet TV could end up competing with cable and satellite providers for viewers because of its potentially expansive offerings and low prices.

Lacrosse isn't ITVN's only offering. It has thousands of old movies (think black and white and stars such as Douglas Fairbanks Jr. and Charlie Chaplin), hundreds of music choices and, being the Internet, adult content (think XXX and parental controls).

Companies wouldn't give out details on the number of subscribers. Prast says ITVN's main audience is men 20-45 years old, and his main focus is signing up more content providers.

It's using the Internet as a TV network, or more precisely networks. And, in cases such as ITVN, it doesn't even require a computer, just a high-speed Internet connection and a home network to stream the video directly to a TV.

For ITVN, for example, people have to buy a set-top box for $99.95. It connects to a router used for a high-speed home network and a TV. When they sign up for the service, they can choose to subscribe to channel "bundles." A basic package for $4.95 a month includes classic movies, a selection of live channels and radio. Premium channels are lacrosse ($9.95) and XTV (adult, $29.95).

When they turn on their TV and the ITVN set-top box, they will see buttons for the channels they pay for, and a remote control with the system makes it work.

"If you're going to distribute entertainment to people, you should distribute it on a platform that they are comfortable with in the simplest fashion possible," Prast said.

DAVE.TV uses its own media center software, which users have to download. Once the programming is on the computer, it can be viewed on the computer monitor or streamed over a home network to a TV set. It also plans a set-top box and a mobile device. Some programming is free and supported by ads, while other programming is offered on a pay-per-view model.

A growing number of companies such as ITVN, DAVE.TV and others hope that what the Internet did for access to information, it also will do for TV. Instead of networks setting the schedule, viewers could choose what they watch, when they watch and even the device they use to watch.

"The Internet has finally proved itself as a reliable medium for providing high-quality entertainment," said Colin Dixon, senior analyst at the Diffusion Group research firm in Dallas. "I think that point is a very important one for content providers because they finally see a way to get a one-on-one relationship with their viewers."

And people are interested, even if they don't have a lot of information about Internet TV services, which in many cases are only months old, according to a recent Harris Interactive survey.

About a quarter of the respondents expressed interest for IPTV on their TV and 19 percent would use it on their computers. The reasons for the interest ranged from saving money because it's less expensive than cable and satellite (42 percent), on-demand viewing (33 percent) and broader variety of programming (24 percent).

Seventeen percent say they would cancel cable and satellite subscriptions, while two-thirds say they would keep their service and try IPTV.

"Internet protocol TV, in general, will present a degree of competition initially for satellite-delivered TV," Prast said, because it provides video-on-demand and satellite doesn't.

Prices vary from service to service, but some offer bundles of channels for as little as $4.95 a month, with premium channels, including some adult content, at $9.95. Pay-per-view options are available.

DAVE.TV calls itself a content portal. People who want to offer video or music can sign on as partners under a revenue sharing agreement. They control the content, not DAVE.TV, and the portal sells advertising.

In DAVE.TV's case, programming is managed through a software media center. But with home networks, that can mean streaming video from the computer to a TV. And some can be accessed free.

"DAVE.TV is next-generation TV," said company founder Ken Lipscomb. "By being on the Internet, we can have millions of customers."

The idea of combining TV and the Internet is not new, but the technology wasn't ready. More homes now use high-speed cable or DSL Internet access, and faster home networks can handle quality video transmissions, said Eric Deming, in charge of wireless products for Linksys, which provides products and support for sharing information via the Internet. "People do want to stream video from a PC to a TV," Deming said. "Either content they've created or content they've downloaded."

Yet technical hurdles remain, and some are skeptical about how quickly video will become part of what is referred to as convergence, where devices work together so consumers can easily move data and entertainment around.

"I can tell you from experience that video is a huge problem for PCs," Citigroup analyst Tom Berquist said in a recent article. "It's very, very large in terms of bandwidth requirements, and it's huge in terms of storage requirements."

In addition to startups like ITVN, Microsoft, Intel, Yahoo, Google and others are working on various ways to turn the Internet into a distribution point for video.

That will challenge cable, satellite and increasingly phone companies. And it is setting up a potential fight. Companies such as AT&T and Verizon have said they should be able to charge an extra fee to Web sites that use a lot of bandwidth.

Prast of ITVN isn't worried about such threats. For one thing, Prast said, competition between providers will give consumers a choice. He thinks his costs will remain low.

"We don't have to pay for satellites in the air," Prast said. "We don't have to pay for cable in the ground."

As for the viewer experience, Prast thinks services that cut through the clutter will win. The potential for confusion with virtually unlimited channel choices is substantial.

Diffusion analyst Dixon thinks major potential exists for some company to develop an online, searchable TV guide.

"The one piece you need is a unified guide," Dixon said, "that helps you find everything in this tidal wave of content that's coming."

The above article should explain why GameZnFlix recently acquiring 170 Television shows for their GnF Entertainment Network is so significant.  It demonstrates the future roadmap GameZnFlix management is taking to secure the company's future.  Nice, very nice.

Now I really can't wait for market to open on Monday!  $0.02, here we come!

GameZnFlix, Inc. Acquires 170 Television Shows for GnF Entertainment Network
Tuesday March 28, 4:15 pm ET

FRANKLIN, KY--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 28, 2006 -- GameZnFlix, Inc. (OTC BB:GZFX.OB - News), an online provider of video game and DVD movies for rent or purchase, has purchased content for its GnF Entertainment Network. This past week the company accepted delivery and full rights to 170 television shows. GnF Entertainment is currently broadcasting to over 2 million satellite dishes across North America.

"This purchase of 170 shows is the beginning of our plan to obtain rights to all kinds of content. By purchasing these shows and possibly acquiring more, we hope to ensure that we can offer titles to our customers via many different means of distribution," John Fleming, CEO of GameZnFlix, Inc. "This represents another step towards meeting one of the company's goals of providing movies and games through video-on-demand or, potentially, any other media."

In addition to the above, the following milestones represent areas of development that the company is currently working on for 2006.

* Continue the current advertising campaign targeting the online user and
  rural communities across the country.
* Research and development to identify future product delivery platforms.
* Sponsorship and endorsement programs.
* Possible expansion into Canada and the United Kingdom.

Many of you asked about GNBT and STTK.OB.  So, here are the technicals.

If you look at GNBT's chart and the Short-term Swing Trading Template, GNBT hit the high of RSI at 90 with corresponding MACD peaking.  Since then, GNBT has been falling with MACD now in the negative territory.  A buy point for GNBT will be indicated when MACD bottoms and rebounds with corresponding RSI and price rebounding supported by volume increase.

As to STTK, as RSI is approaching the previous profit taking point, it is extremely overbought.  It is very rare that any stock gains past the RSI 90 mark.  If STTK is to continue gaining, I anticipate some profit taking/price correction in the near future before STTK resumes its gain.

Repost from 3SOF Penny GZFX MB:
http://www.3stocksonfire.org/trading/index.php?topic=2047.new#new

rv, I get the pre-market bid/ask on my Scottrade streaming quote.

As to GZFX falling in the afternoon after testing $0.016 three times, if you look at the Nasdaq intraday chart, GZFX may have followed the market trend as with many other stocks that took the afternoon dip.  Also, STTK took a lot of buyers away as it continued another day of gain.  Many asked about STTK and I posted in the Swing Trading MB that RSI is at extremely "overbought" level of 90 and due for some profit taking soon.

My sentiment is that today's fall was small and I am bought in at $0.0125.  Shaking off some more sellers means current holders of GZFX may have bought closer to $0.015 range than $0.01 (including those that bought today) and this means holders of GZFX will now hold for higher gains.  It's all about supply and demand - less sellers willing to sell at buyers' "bid" price means higher gains for the stock price.

I am still comfortably holding GZFX shares (100%) and when STTK takes profit, perhaps many will end up buying GZFX.

I didn't mean it as an insult.  I mean that if there is all this "potential", especially with a "AAEFS rumor", why is it going down?  I would think that it would be trickling up, not down.

Basonista,

Your post is correct.

I got in average .0076 and will be selling quite a bit tomorrow to protect the portfolio.

Malum 2006,

My concern is that AAFES is not a well known name.  It is a giant deal for sure, but is it already built in?  People have been talking like it is a done deal on all the boards.

Seems that everyone may be selling the AAFES news when it does come.  Not many will want to hold into the Quarterly filing either.

Do what works for you.  I will buy back in for a trade at a later date.  Tomorrow, without news at the open, I will sell quite a bit.
Just one opinion, do the research
