Solomon has a patent for electric drive motors and transmissions.

The company is in the business of retrofitting electric motors into boats replacing gas and diesel engines.

I recently re entered the stock at .27 after reviewing the patents and believe they may actually have a case against Toyota.

Solm went up as high as 75% the last half hour of trading Wednesday, from .245 to a high of .46 with high volume on this news regarding the funding of the lawsuit.

Solomon Sues Toyota For Patent Infringement

TARPON SPRINGS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 12, 2005--Solomon Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:SOLM - News) announced today that it has filed an action against Toyota Motor Corporation in federal district court in Tampa, Florida for infringement of Solomon's Electric Wheel® patent. Solomon alleges that the hybrid transmission drive in the Toyota Prius and Highlander infringes a number of claims contained in its U.S. Patent No. 5,067,932. In the lawsuit Solomon is asking for an injunction barring further infringement as well as damages for the unauthorized use of its patent by Toyota.

Hummm good find boat guy    ,,, now i wonder if toyota will have to pay these guys for every car they sell with the device in it??? And if they do  ,, and i dont think this has shown up on any bodys radar, cept yours, its kinda quite right now, i think im going to speculate on this one , espically since it closed  near the high of the day .....

Huge increase in volume yesterday.

Still going up steadily, planned on taking some off at .85 but think I will let this one ride for awhile. Might take some time but this has the potential to double or more from here. Fingers crossed!
