hi,
thanks melf for your applause. but i wish it was for a win rather than for a stop out.
anyway brcd looks bullish to me and maybe has a chance to breakout of that 630 zone if the market wills it. to borrow your football analogy, for now i think the bulls are going into the last quarter confidant of a win , ( but we all know what can happen after the 2 minute warning.)
watching from the sidelines,
maxi

maxi,

The Bears couldn't do anything on Friday.  They took BRCD down early to 6.14, but the Bulls took it back above 6.20, and kept returning it above 6.20 on the successive attempts on the part of the Bears to knock out 6.20.

Now the Bulls wimped.

They didn't take out 6.40 (yesterday's high was 6.38).  They didn't close it yesterday above the DOUBLE breakout at 6.30.  The close was 6.30.  Volume has been poor.  Today, Friday's low of 6.14 has been taken out to the downside, putting in a short-term Double Top (6.40-6.38).

5.90 is IN PLAY as long as BRCD trades below 6.14.

Didn´t saw much strenght in the breakout so....my setup is trading the range.

Short @ 6.35. Stop loss if BRCD close above 6.40 at close.

You did a good job, LuxAA (applaud) ;)

I'm break even... actually I can cover now here... but not yet... ;) :D

200sma is supporting the price (weekly chart) but the slope is pointing downward....BRCD may be bullish on the daily chart but the weekly is bearish ;) :D

8. 5.74 - The up trendline off the November, 2005 low (dotted purple line).

Rally off the November, 2005 up trendline 5.72, back to 6.00 again.  Nobody gettin' nowhere.  ;)

It's back to 6.20...the stock that wouldn't die...

That's how I felt, maxi.  I favor the Bulls, but both Bulls and Bears keep blowing opportunites.
